My husband and I had just moved here recently a couple of months ago and must say that we have really enjoy it, Denise has been so kind and very thoughtful in helping us move here, her professionalism and dedication mean a lot to us so much. We are very thankful to her and to Sandra and Robert also. Keeping you in our prayers each and every day always.

I've been living here a few months. It's quiet, peaceful, good neighbors, great parking π π π π π UPDATE I've been living here over a year now and have had time to really think about it and in all my time living on my own and I'm 55 now. I have never lived in a better place than this I feel safe and secure great neighbors I love it here so much that my daughter and her husband live in the next building and we have no plans of moving any time soon. As well the price is great! Five stars π π π π π

Overall: Shady management, poor quality, cheap price. Wouldnβt recommend. Low price for low quality. Plan on paying extra money for the electric bill during the summer. Weatherproofing is bad leaving interior apartment temperature to rise over set temperature even though AC will continue to run and not cool apartment. They contract out to towing companies and use predatory tactics that only target certain tenants vehicles even though multiple non operable vehicles have been parked for years without warning. The maintenance staff do their job as well as possible. The office staff smile in your face. Mailboxes broken into regularly. Pools are often filthy. The sports areas do not receive regular care. The laundry room is hit or miss (might be dirty, might be closed for maintenance, might be fine). Quiet area but mostly due to vacant apartments because there is a low tenant count. Which means youβll most likely be accepted. If they did something to fix the weatherproofing so heat doesnβt continue to seep through the building and were more open about the towing policy might not be a bad place but you get what you pay for.

This apartment complex is fantastic! The front office staff is super kind and very helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful! They are great at communicating what they are going to do in my apartment, they are mindful of noise when they are in my home and they get work orders done in a timely manner. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay at your community! Special shoutout to Robert for having treats on hand for my pup!!

I live at Granite and it's a good place to live. It's a quiet, somewhat recluded area so it's good for ones that don't want too much noise. I had a few minor things I needed to get done at my place when I first moved in and it was handled within 2 days. The office is really receptive, especially Denise, she's really friendly and helping and great with questions. I'd recommend this place for others.
