The Gobi Apartments

At first I really loved these apartments but been here for a little over half a year now and I have to say, these apartments are SO BAD they have homeless people all over the place knocking at our doors in the middle of the night asking for things. They have mold… all my neighbors have complained about it and now we are starting to get it. The ROACHES are getting out of hand, they come spray and there’s never a difference. It’s just so disgusting. Would never recommend anyone to live here EVER.

The Gobi Family is soooo awesome! Nancy is the Landlord,.....so ,overcourse for me , as a single 45yr old woman...I have NEVER felt safer.or more loved! You can tell she really knows the buisness and makes me her top priority! The location is perfect and the property is stunning ...especially the MANAGEMENT! And with Spurs Spirit.......U can't Lose With Nancy and the GOBI TEAM!

Nancy was attentive to our request upon getting info and was very reasonable with pricing. Very patient and kind with all the knowledge provided for a future in moving into these apartments.
