Absolutely amazing complex Jocelyn new property manager helped me so much as well as autumn the new receptionist she’s amazing made anything I asked happen and compensated for everything I needed This new property management is amazing

I recently moved into the Frederick apartments with different staff at the office From when I originally signed the lease. I have been without hot water for two weeks and everyone at the office and the maintenance have been told multiple times by phone call verbally and written notices And it is not getting fixed. The office has stopped taking our calls And refuses to give us any updates besides saying that they will give us a call and we never hear back from them.

For the location and price this complex was the most affordable and convenient especially starting to live on your own. As every apartment there are things to be worked on but the staff and management are what makes it pleasant to lease here. Thank you Nova for your assistance and patience along the messy journey of moving. Thank you Cassandra for the great impression of the complex. And lastly thank you greatly to the property Manager Mak for your personality and care towards your tenants. I hope to enjoy my lease here.
