The owner and the office at the fred since yall will be off at your cozy homes. Jan 8 my A/C motor went out and then maintenance said its a fuse (which makes no sense because the only "fuse" there is is a breaker) so we go the weekend without A/C / heater. Jan 12 Dean called about a part ordered and ariving thursday the 15th. Its Jan 19 my kids and wife and i included have been with non stop cold and congestion for a few weeks now and this aint helping. I still havent heard from the from office. I want answers. Its 38 degrees outside and this is unacceptable all we have is a space heater. I dont blame the maintenance crew as much the office but how dare yall close a ticket that has not been resolved. You will hear from me it absurd specially after ive paid rent for almost 3yrs. I get we are human and We all drop the ball sometimes but this time you are doing it with a fellow Vet and his family.

I’ve truly enjoyed living at The Fredd. The energy in the office is always great—from the leasing team to the assistant, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially with small maintenance issues in my apartment, the response has been quick and handled with urgency, which I really appreciate. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I definitely recommend The Fredd to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive and well-managed.

I signed my lease on September 30 and just moved in. Overall, my experience has been positive thus far. However, I’ve observed a lack of adequate handicap parking spaces located near the garages. As someone with leg issues, I find it challenging to walk long distances, and currently, the nearest handicap parking spots are quite far from my building. It seems that there should be two designated handicap spaces on each side of the garages, but I've noticed a missing sign indicating one of these spaces. Additional handicap parking would greatly enhance accessibility for residents like myself.

Love my little town home. Much better than apartment buildings. Staff is always courteous and issues handled properly and efficiently. ***update***. The office goes far beyond to help their residents. Can’t say enough about how sweet the office staff is

Don’t think we will be staying here more than this lease. Our original move in date was July 1st 2024. Called 2 weeks before to inquire about getting the keys a couple days earlier because July 1st was a Monday and I worked Tuesday. Told us the previous tenant just handed in the keys. They have to look over the unit and then I’ll get back to us. They did not get back to us. I called the following week. They said that we could pick up the keys the next day a whole week before we were told our move date was because they put us as a June 25 move-in date instead of July 1 moved in date, but never notified us. In the week that we were here prior to July first 1st, they changed systems of how to pay rent like four times. Took them till the evening of July 2nd to apply the $800 off the first month. I paid that immediately and then July 5. I have a notification that we owe for a late payment. Then July 22 and 23rd we get flooded out from the rain. The maintenance guys were great but the office stand was rude and dismissive on the 23rd called the office because it was raining and we were getting flooded and the office lady said do you have a mop?, like what’s mop gonna do? this was at 11:18 AM office lady never notified the maintenance that we were also flooded so come 2 PM when the maintenance guy came over to see if there was any update. I let him know that we got flooded again and he asked why we never called it in and I said I did , and he was confused because he never got notified. We were told by the Director of the company that owns this property that they would get a construction crew out here immediately to fix the problems with the buildings and there has yet to be a construction crew show up and it is July 28th Also put in multiple maintenance request and was told by maintenance that those request don’t go straight to them. It goes to the office and then it’s the office responsibility to give them the work orders and they have yet to give them the work orders. 08/19/25 Found mold in air ducts no wonder my daughter has been getting sick very often Sent in multiple maintenance requests and they just close them out. 😡😡😡 09/19/24 have put in multiple maintenance request, and none of them have been done. Had to do them myself. And still have not fixed the flooding issue and was told they don't have a date when it will be fixed it has almost been 2 months since they said they will “fix it right away” 🙄
