I’m a chef for the Spurs and I’m looking to move a little closer and I stopped by and Sabrina took excellent care of me. She showed me the layout broke down. I’ve lived in several different apartment complexes throughout my 20s and have experienced a wide range of issues, so I don’t say this lightly…. living at the Cortesin has truly been a one of the best living experience so far. I’m about three-fourths of the way through my lease, and I haven’t had any major issues with my apartment and wake up feeling great about where I live. The community itself is beautiful, and I genuinely love the ambiance and overall feel of the property. The units are new and incredibly spacious, which makes such a difference. I also feel very safe here, which is something I really value. My neighbors are friendly, and it’s been such a positive environment overall. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the staff. At previous complexes, management often felt like they were doing the bare minimum. Here, the team goes above and beyond. They validate concerns, respond promptly, and truly carry themselves like they work at a luxury property. It makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day living. I love how close it is to the Rim and La cantera which makes things easy to get to! Also living right on 1-10 is a plus because it makes getting to downtown fairly easy. I’ve also been able to host gatherings with friends comfortably, and it’s always a great experience. Overall, I’ve really loved living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home.

Sabrina was great and very professional she answered all my questions, she was polite and very friendly and accommodating to my needs and wants. The community is beautiful I must say that, it’s modern and it does have some unique characteristics that other properties don’t have. The property looks maintained, no weird smells in the hallways. Overall my tour was great and definitely looking into leasing at this property.

The Cortesin is a well managed property with a great team that is there for its residents, and ensures the living experience maintains a high standard. I have lived on property for almost a year, and Sabrina was the leasing agent that sold me on making the community my new home. She did a great job showcasing the amenities, many custom layouts, and community engagement opportunities that make this one of the best in the area. I had a great experience touring this apartment community! The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a really welcoming feel. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the community looking its best. Dana, the Assistant Manager, truly made the experience stand out. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
