The Compound At The Park

I have lived here for 4 years and it used to be an amazing place to live. Once managers Harper and Ashley left things have gone down hill to the point I will be leaving once my lease is up. When I had maintenence requests they ensured they were done ASAP. New management i.e. Glenn has made it VERY obvious he does not care about any of his tenants,he only cares about money. I've had issues with my water going cold after 5 minutes of hot water. I've been complaining for MONTHS and I've been ignored. It took me sending a strong worded email for someone to finally come and fix it. Also I've told them of a VERY LARGE area of mold because my ac had flooded. I let them know and I didnt even get a response. I was completely ignored. After sending another email months later, I was simply told that alot of tenants complain about mold but its only mildew. I did a mold test and it was mold. I lived with large amounts of mold for months. I had to live breathing that in for months. Dont live here!

This apartment was in a great location for the cost. Just a few minutes from the Pearl and so easy to jump onto 281 and go anywhere. The management company is very responsive to major issues like a leak or a malfunctioning air conditioner. The year we lived here, there were no crimes that we knew of and I never saw any non-residents enter the complex. Very close to a huge park that our dog loved and a nice jogging/walking path. We wouldn't have moved if we hadn't been leaving the city. Yeah the architecture is dated but we had new appliances inside. Recommended!

I lived there for two years. It is a small and charming complex. Quiet. I loved living right near the park. Good management. Fixed things quickly. I never had any problems there.
