HI I Lived on this property for 6 years 5 years on Snowden. First Apt#503 I was given I and my husband was inhaling mold from a previous flood for 5 months until The manager Tobey transferred us to apt#514 Ac stopped working and the roaches started taking over climbing in our bed and refrigerator. It was so hot we had to buy fans to keep cool .In August my husband suffered a heart attack in 2024 we had transferre to building c 117 where we left with no hot water for 33 days and three break ins form the drug attics and prostitutes water flooded our apartment daily .Now we are in unit 116 we can't even use our bathroom because it is sermerged in water daily from the up stairs neighbor and last night a huge rat ran across my foot when I entered the kitchen I had to call emts because I went a huge panic attack. IM A DEATHLY AFRAID OF RATS BUT NOTHING GOING TO BE DONE JUST LIKE THE HUGE HOLE IN MY CELING 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 😡😡

Absolutely terrible . I’ve lived here for 6 months and still don’t have a mail key and recently there had been a horrible leak coming from my bathroom ceiling and the incompetent, snarky staff still haven’t sent anyone out after putting in a work order over two weeks ago and I’ve been persistently calling & going into the office to try and expedite the process with no luck Update: it took two raccoons crashing through my apartment for them to fix the leak but no one has come back out to fix the hole in the ceiling.

I warn you, if you are attracted to the low rates (as I was) DO NOT BE FOOLED. You get what you pay for. Please heed the reviews, because I’m paying dearly for giving this place a chance despite the negative reviews I saw before moving here. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I’m a current resident and I genuinely have nothing nice to say about this place other than the deer that I see in the woods are cute. Whoever is currently working in the leasing office has no idea what customer service is. She’s rude and disrespectful and constantly cuts you off when speaking. There’s always someone new and they never last long, then whoever they hire next is just as rude and condescending. Initially I moved from out of state and was placed in the wrong apartment when I got here. The leasing agent then said “well what do you want me to do about it? You already signed the lease.” TERRIBLE first impression. They don’t enforce the leashed pet rules nor do they enforce people picking up after their pets, so there’s dog crap everywhere. They don’t enforce people throwing away their garbage so the dumpsters literally have bags sitting next to them that I will pick up myself when I take my trash out. They are not timely with work orders, nor do they do proper yearly A/C maintenance checks by licensed third party professionals as is required by law, so the units barely work for two weeks before needing maintenance again, even less during the summer months. The ONLY thing they are timely with is rent. All they care about is the money, not the residents. From proper living conditions that we PAY for, to safety regulations and implementation of rules. They recently started trying to hold snack days at the leasing office such as donuts, ice cream, food truck, etc. So now instead of allocating funds to the betterment of the complex, they instead want to BRIBE residents into liking them. I’ve made complaints, have filed with the police on one occasion concerning my vehicle, and I cannot wait to move once my lease is up. For your own peace, please save yourself the biggest headache of your life and avoid this place by any means necessary. I would NEVER recommend living here.
