I had a very bad experience living here for many years. The apartments constantly change owners, and every time a new owner takes over, the property gets worse instead of better. It feels like they only care about making money and not about maintaining a safe or healthy environment for the residents. There is almost never anyone in the office to help, communication is poor, and management does not seem to care about the people who live here. The overall condition of the apartments and the atmosphere of the community have continued to decline over time. There is also frequent marijuana smoking around the property, which makes the environment uncomfortable and not suitable for families or people looking for a peaceful place to live.

Horrible place to move to since they put new management. They don’t keep up with maintenance, never answer calls, no one is ever in the office. Nothing gets resolved living here just terrible management.

Please let me know if this is true; property management has allowed all recycle bins to be used as garbage collection. Bins are overflowing and property residents are being plagued by pests like flies and rats. Asking for a friend that is in the market for an apartment.
