The Bella Apartments

Horrible place to move to since they put new management. They don’t keep up with maintenance, never answer calls, no one is ever in the office. Nothing gets resolved living here just terrible management.

Please let me know if this is true; property management has allowed all recycle bins to be used as garbage collection. Bins are overflowing and property residents are being plagued by pests like flies and rats. Asking for a friend that is in the market for an apartment.

Everything it’s good I like it here but I don’t like the new BLACK WINDOW SCREEN my inside apartments looks so dark and I like the sun to come inside during the day, I don’t like having the lights on ALL day hi early I’ feel like I’m getting depression because of this. Is there a way we can contact someone to talk to then to remove this window screens please? I have talked to my other neighbors and they don’t like them either.

The process of getting into an apartment was quick and easy. Robert helped me through the entire process and kept me up to date on what was going on. Shanice in the office is very helpful and available when I need her. The maintenance staff is also very nice! Ignacio is a hard worker and he will get to your work order quickly, I just needed a light bulb changed but he was very helpful to me!
