The Atlee

Building and grounds are maintained consistently. Zach, manager, and Stephanie, assistant manager, are always accommodating and keep the complex a good place to live.

This dog park looks amazing. I swear every year it just keeps looking better and better. I’m so glad y’all kept the classic swing and bench and hoops and beam. The turf feels really good. My dog and I are just running around on it. I feel good traction on him. I’m not slipping. I’m not falling stuff‘s not getting in my eye it smells cleaner and it fits the area. It’s really no longer an eyesore like it used to be five years ago or four years ago and it’s really great to see where it’s come if I could say something add a rack for your leashes that would be nice but aside from that this place is amazing.

I was fortunate enough to live at the Atlee for 3 years during my time as an Army Nurse. I am so thankful for the office staff and the maintenance crew for always being available and being willing to answer my questions/concerns. As a single female who didn't live near any family, I felt very safe living here. I loved my short commute to work and I rarely encountered any traffic (which feels rare in San Antonio)! I hope that you'll consider renting an apartment from the Atlee if you are moving to the SA area!
