We love our life as residents living at The 68…We moved in December 2024, and cannot see ourselves anywhere else in San Antonio. The management & maintenance teams are second to none, and neighbors even better! The units are modern with great appliances, and sound proof among the many events here: After 30+ years in SA, it is a real gem shared with locals and visitors alike!

This apartment is fantastic! The location is super convenient with easy access to downtown, parking and public transport. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. The building amenities, like the gym and laundry in-unit, are a big plus. Plus, the management team is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any requests. Overall, a great place to call home!

I’ve lived here for almost two years, and I genuinely love it. The management team is friendly, responsive, and proactive, and the maintenance team is incredibly fast at resolving any issues. The apartments are beautiful, and the views are one of the best parts. The community is in a great location between downtown and Southtown, with awesome amenities like a rooftop pickleball and basketball court. The gym is also spacious and very well equipped. I’ve seen a few comments about safety, but in my experience this has been one of the safest apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. There are officers regularly patrolling the park area, and the garage has multiple security measures, including gated access and cameras throughout every level.

We've only been there for a week, but it's comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive. You can walk to nearly anything you could want. The building is clean and well maintained. I'm glad we chose the 68.

Finally writing a review. I wanted to give myself time here at The 68’ before I wrote a review. I want to be accurate about how I rate my experience here. 1) just looking at every thing visually you can see The 68’ is well kept, very clean and modern. 10/10! 2) you must remember the location here is one of the best in downtown San Antonio, so it being located downtown you will have to give up space for quality and the experience of living in an awesome part of the city. 3) There is no pool but I’m not big on pools so it doesn’t bother me, but I do play basketball 🏀 and there is a court on the roof! The court is closed to the public and only for residents so that is a plus! 10/10!!!! 4) I love the parking they have available for residents, it’s very secure and blocked from public parking and there are no break ins to residents cars because of the security. 4)Living down town that’s a big plus 100/10!!!! 5) I live in a studio apartment, it is very spacious I have a queen bed, a couch, a small 3 seat dining room table and a dresser with a 75 inch TV! 10/10!!! when I was looking for an apt, they all were a lil bigger but further away from my job so I was willing to give up space for location but still very spacious, no clutter. Over all I love this place the manager Bianca is very attentive to all the residents and so is Maintance, which is highly unusual. I love it here I plan to renew for a couple more years, maybe upgrade to a one bedroom. If not I’m happy either way!!
