Going on a year and been very satisfied with my decision to choose the ‘68. Even though the 1B apartment is on the smaller side, it works perfectly for me. The walls seem pretty thick, or I just have very quiet neighbors , as I never hear a peep from them. I also value the ability to walk out my door and have variety of dining options and the ability to walk either to downtown proper or King George district with ease. It can get a little noisy occasionally with festivals and such that happen in the nearby park, but I can also enjoy the music from the comfort of my patio at times.

Living at The 68 feels pretty lucky, amazing views and in the middle of all the action, serene yet lively, an entertainment district in your front yard, couldn't ask for more. The Management Team is outstanding as well!

We love our life as residents living at The 68…We moved in December 2024, and cannot see ourselves anywhere else in San Antonio. The management & maintenance teams are second to none, and neighbors even better! The units are modern with great appliances, and sound proof among the many events here: After 30+ years in SA, it is a real gem shared with locals and visitors alike!
