I recently toured here and while nothing was really wrong with it, nothing really stood out either. The apartments I viewed had more wear than I'd expect from a 10 yr old building, and I didn't see anything that set them apart from other properties. This is probably an ok place to live, but that's just it..... it's ok. There's DEFINITELY worse out there and it's worth a look, depending on your budget and what you need/want, but it didn't grab me enough to sign. I wouldn't say avoid it, but I would definitely compare other nearby properties. Staff was super friendly and welcoming tho, but also didn't really follow up.

Both Paola and David who are representatives at Tacara Westover Hills have been extremely helpful with the application and move-in date. The apartment complex as a whole looks lovely, as well are the rooms inside. Their internet rep. has been extremely helpful as well with WiFi setup. Would recommend moving into this community.

1000000 stars I’ve lived in apartments all my life but I am just extremely impressed with how this property is ran! The manager David is extremely friendly and fair! The property is always clean and rules are enforced which was huge for me in my apartment hunt. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great community! I will definitely be here for a few years!

I’ve stayed here for a couple years and really like Tacara as well as the area I was in — super convenient as everything is literally in walking distance. Hard to beat that. When my lease ended I decided to move to a new construction apartment and change the scenery up a bit but definitely miss being there. I do want to give shout to David and Paola, always helpful and Paola was the first person I worked with from day one when I moved in and really appreciate apartment complexes that keep the same great people from day one. Just goes to show how well a place is run. And another shout out to Eli the maintenance supervisor. Whenever I needed maintenance, Eli was super fast to respond. Really awesomeee team they’ve got here and they are on top of everything and definitely will consider returning.
