Great place

This place is awesome, we feel fortunate to be residents! It's clean, quiet, pet-friendly, peaceful, neighbors keep an eye out for each other, good lighting at night, plenty of laundry facilities. Every person in Management has gone above and beyond in every contact we've had with them. The Apartment Portal app makes every thing and anyone easy to contact and track status of... to include rent, maintenance requests, and community events. All maintenance requests have had instant responses and they continue to follow up until complete. The location may seem "out of the way" but we've found it extremely convenient... We use our own vehicle and drive downtown in less than 20 minutes in commuter traffic. (If you use public transportation, there's a bus that comes by to get you directly to the Crossroads Mall station... or an easy 4 block walk to Bandera Rd to launch from)

We got a new manager Very poor management. She’s only there for 2 days of the week. sorry if things need manager attention. When I was just letting her know about one of neighbors put tape,briks, and a sign that said don’t move. Which we don’t have a assigned parking. She told me if thats all we do is complain. Plumbing is bad full of roaches they can’t seem to get a good pest control. All I have to say is that we had so many mangers they try to fix what ever problems we have. If we can’t count on our manager then who??? Mrs Latoya keep say “ in California I would do it a certain way.” I hate to remind her that she can’t s in Texas now!! I’ve been living here for about 11 years and I had never had a manager that would responded like she did.! I didn’t have roaches for a long time now it out of control, parking and a lot of other things that are going on??

Calm and easy to live in. Good neighborhood

I keep trying to reach someone from the leasing office ,but it keeps going to a fax machine for over a week now. Too bad, because it looks like a nice place.
