Simplicity at the Rim Apartments

Great building, everything really is simple and hassle-free. The new management staff are nice and polite and the decor is inviting. Happy with my choice to rent here and plan to stay longer.

Lorie and Manav are so amazing to work with. The leasing office is such a fun environment and the property is so nice! By far one of the best properties to be at!

One time I came here And I overheard the general manager talking this lady has a damn mouth on her. She was talking like she was getting ready to fight somebody. She thinks she’s bad and she’s tough. I don’t know why she thinks that way I understand we all have problems that we’re going through but no need to act like you’re getting ready to fight somebody cause trust me you’re not bad you’re not tough. I lived on the west side of Chicago. So just be aware if you wanna live here, just be aware of this lady in the front when you walk in

I been here about 9-10 months I originally moved in with the help of Bonnie I don’t see her anymore but she was wonderful in helping me sign and tour the apartment and the process was so fast ! It took less than a few days to get approved I’m thankful for this place .i also spoken with Mr manav Patel and he’s always been helpful with all my questions or anything I’ve needed he also is wonderful and all the staff here and maintenance and housekeeping .i love living here I have good neighbors ,no bugs at all, they clean the hallways and stairs frequently and then outside also.the staff is always helpful and nice my only downside is the elevator being broken but that’s just my lazy side talking lol it’s good to walk some stairs but hopefully that issue will get fixed soon.But other than that I have no complaints they have food trucks every now and then, activities etc everyone I came across says hi and seems sweet .and no theft at all I feel so safe here compared to other places I lived at .I recommend living here it feels good to come home and it be so peaceful it’s quiet and relaxing here .

So far so AMAZING!!! When coming to San Antonio there are hundreds of good hotels to chose from, don't even look at any of them!!! You want WaterWalk at The Rim San Antonio where they go above and beyond for all of their guests. I came here for major surgery and they offered me a power recliner chair to help with recovery, they had a beautiful welcome basket made up for me as well, the rooms are all clean and spacious with lots of storage in the kitchen and closet areas... they also have a washer and dryer in each room which really helps keeping the packing to a minimum. Located right around the corner from The Rim which houses 110 diffrent places to enjoy a delicious meal, buy groceries, shop for craft projects, buy furniture, and has countless other great experiences and items for sale. There is no need to bother with any other place to stay!!! We will definitely be back!!!
