I’ve lived at Sienna Ridge Apartments for the past two years, and it has truly felt like home. From day one, I’ve always felt safe here thanks to the strong security measures and well-maintained property. It’s comforting to live in a place where safety is clearly a priority. When the office is not open, the entrance gate remains closed. The management team is efficient, professional, and responsive. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. On top of that, the neighbors are friendly and welcoming, creating a genuine sense of community that’s hard to find. Overall, my experience at Sienna Ridge has been nothing but positive. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into a high-quality apartment community where you can feel safe, comfortable, and at home.

This property is very well managed and I enjoyed living here! It’s an older community (both the tenants and buildings) but it is well kept up. Kat the property manager and the entire team genuinely care about the residents and the place they call home. While there are some stereotypical amenities missing (pool, gym, valet trash), I would definitely recommend this property to others. Their highly rated reviews are more than justified!

I’ve been living here since 2020 and plan on signing my next lease. They have been great if there are any issues. Usually they fix things the same day. My hot water heater went out and within 2 hours it was fixed. It is very quiet here, the common areas are kept up with, parking isn’t a problem and the rules are enforced. Another plus is that a lot of the buildings have no steps from the car all the way into the apartment. Not to mention the cute patios!

ROACHES!! See attached pictures. Long read ahead, but I wanted to give an honest, detailed account of my horrible experience with this complex and the entire staff involved. Beware any future tenants--- My mother and I moved in mid-August and were denied pro-rated rent, which is quite unreasonable and inconsistent with standard rental practices. Nonetheless, I agreed, thinking it was worth the supposed peaceful and quiet community I was originally sold upon. I relocated to the area as an incoming student with UT Health. Come move-in, we found several issues that could've been addressed during the 2 weeks the apartment was vacant and for which the complex had already accepted my rent for: the fridge emitted a loud, constant low hum, the garbage disposal’s splash guard looked like someone chewed it up, the toilet was malfunctioning, the sealing strips under both the storm and front doors were worn out; and the most serious issue of all being roaches... of varying sizes. I reported this to the apartment manager, Kat Rider. I explained that I have an extreme phobia of bugs and had even been driving to HEB to use the bathroom because I was too terrified to use my own. Ms. Rider’s response was passive and dismissive. She questioned my ability to identify a cockroach, asking me to describe them, and then went on to explain the difference between a cockroach and a water bug. When she asked if I had lived in Texas my whole life, I was taken aback, as I didn’t see how my length of residence had any bearing on the seriousness of the issue. I told her I’ve lived in Texas my entire life and have never encountered a problem like this. Ms. Rider spoke in a patronizing manner and downplayed the infestation, presenting it as a natural occurrence. When I asked for the pest control company’s contact information, she denied my request. I then asked for the name of the company, but she refused to provide that as well. Ms. Rider became increasingly hostile as she continued to withhold basic access information. When I asked what difference it made whether I learned the pest control company’s name right then or when they arrived, she had no response. When pest control arrived, the roaches were identified as American cockroaches, despite Sienna Ridge's aberrant denial of having any sort of problem... I believe the photos speak for themselves. I also found German cockroaches throughout the kitchen and inside cabinets (with my utensils! yuck!). Even finding just one of these little guys is a strong indicator of an infestation, as they reproduce rapidly and tend to remain hidden. Although I was able to break the lease without incurring additional charges, Sienna Ridge did not resolve the underlying issues. Instead, I received correspondence from regional manager Katherine Sellards, who deflected responsibility and redirected blame rather than taking accountability for the clear health hazards I reported. Sienna Ridge denies accountability at all fronts and does not care for residents' well-being. I spoke with one resident, who has lived there for several years, who admitted that he and his wife occasionally encounter roaches but have chosen to tolerate it due to the length of their stay. Another resident, who moved in about six months before my mother and I, also reported a serious roach problem upon move-in and described management’s response as similarly dismissive. These issues, unfortunately, are not isolated incidents as Ms. Sellards would like to confidently assert. The dismissive attitude from management appears to be consistent across both new and long-term residents. Given that multiple tenants have reported similar problems, the integrity of this complex should be called into question. Their pattern of dismissive behavior, poor living conditions, and lack of proper management response, despite claims of being "committed to quality," suggests they are capitalizing on tenants’ goodwill while failing to provide habitable conditions and to respond professionally to serious concerns raised by their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
