Most Money gouging apartments i have ever stayed in. Hidden fees, Works with tow companies so that they may both profit, and answers a phone call 1/10 times when u are a resident. Also have a lawyer present for the walk around, Was given a flat price for the viewed apt then charged 100 more a month when signed lease. Told me nothing they could do about it… Save your money and go with espiranzas, This Management only cares about money.

Maintenance came fast and finished quickly and also gave me a few pointers regarding AC in the apartment. All around Angel did an excellent job!! Thank you!!

Good work but my toilet is still leaking and the cutoff is off, supply line is new, but it looks like know is the cutoff
