I’m just now getting around to leaving a review but I lived here for 2 years from 2020-2022 and initially it wasn’t too bad, I never really had any issues with maintenance or if I did the maintenance team was pretty quick to respond. I never really had any issues with the management team either. The apartment I lived in was fairly updated and was a cute little place. However, the petty crime when I was living there was out of control. I never felt unsafe walking my dog at night but about a year into living there my friends tires got stolen, left his truck on cinderblocks, my next door neighbor got broken into and there were a lot of car break ins, the neighborhood that this complex is in is pretty rough, even if it doesn’t look too bad. The parking situation is also not great, no assigned parking and the parking lot was constantly full making it hard to get a spot.

I've lived here for closed to 6 years and I always recommended it to other people who ask me. The price is unbeatable for what you get. Most of the negative reviews are just people who are emotional and have unrealistic expectations for a property built in the 1980s. The property is old, so it obviously has some issues. And all humans make mistakes from time to time. But one thing I can honestly say, is that the staff genuinely tries their best to make it a positive experience. Most of them are long-term employees and they actually care. Not only that, but the company has put a decent amount of money into this place. They've really invested time and money into the property. It's a relatively safe, well maintained, chill property.
