I lived here for one year, and the primary issue was management (Reyna). During the application process, I was told that approval was based on personal discretion, even if applicants met the written requirements. I was also told I needed to leave a positive review before being approved to move in. I completed the review at the time because I was on a time crunch and had already paid the application fee. After moving in, I removed it. The property manager lives on-site and made that very clear. In my experience, she acted as though she personally owned the property and exercised authority in a way that felt arbitrary and unprofessional. I also witnessed her speaking harshly and disrespectfully to staff in the office, which was uncomfortable to observe. Throughout my lease, management was frequently unavailable during posted office hours, and communication regarding concerns was inconsistent. There were inspections that felt excessive and disruptive. I was told entry would occur regardless, which made me feel uneasy about my privacy and security. There were ongoing pest problems, especially centipedes that were regularly seen inside the unit and on the walls. I also experienced scorpions inside the apartment. I tried to stuff paper towels on the main door but they were coming in through other places like the back of the toilet. Despite paying for monthly pest control, the issue did not improve. The doors and cracks in the unit appeared poorly sealed, allowing insects to enter. The bathroom had ventilation issues that led to persistent black mold growth, not just in the shower but on surrounding walls as well. This was concerning and not what I expected for the rent being charged. Common hallways were frequently dirty, including trash and pet waste left for extended periods or not cleaned at all! For $2,000 per month for a one-bedroom, I expected a much higher level of maintenance and professionalism. If you are reading the reviews, I would encourage you to consider that not all positive reviews may reflect long-term resident experiences. My initial review did not. Overall, my experience was stressful and disappointing, largely due to how management operated the property. I hope ownership takes a serious look at how this property is being managed.

Had a tour a couple days ago, and has a great tour with the sweetest Property Manager Reyna. My best friend and I enjoyed the tour and all the insightful info that Reyna shared was very useful for our decision making. She gave clear price run downs and explained everything clearly. But the best part of our visit, was the Godly conversation that we had the opportunity to have with her. She definitely showed us it’s about more than just financials and contracts here at Ridgeline Rodger’s Ranch, but about family and community.

Moved here in October this year, love it here so far. The property is well managed and the maintenance is fast. Meaghan and Reyna were very helpful during my move in. There are a few minor upkeep issues on the property but overall it's a great place to live and I would recommend others to move here. I'm Happy with my decision to come here.

My first week renting here has been superb so far. Megan at the front desk is friendly/cool/funny and she and Reyna were super helpful in getting me a location to live. The property looks great from the outside and I love my apartment. Neighbors have all been great so far and I can't wait to go to the community events when I can (agh, San Antonio has so much to do!) Only obvious caveat I'd point out: the whole north side of SA is being developed, but that should be apparent to everyone visiting. Move here!
