Retreat at Hart Ranch

Ricardo is the BEST maintenance man in existence period we had our ac break twice and the first time he quickly and efficiently replaced a part. The second time he replaced the entire thing all together with a new thermostat. And hold it get better he came in on HIS day off to give us a window ac unit which was amazing if anyone needs a maintenance man is this guy he is super awesome and friendly and takes the time to actually explain on what is wrong and how he fixes it and when he is done he cleans up after the work he did

I love the area and especially the management behind this place. Frey was so informative and helped me with all My needs. Gabby and Krystal are just as amazing. I will definitely be renting care next month when my lease ends!

Lived in apt 1205 for about 3 years within those three years the amount of times my unit flooded and NO ONE did anything. Even after all the mold that formed I was told it was mildew lmfao The walls were squishy as well. The only thing that was offered was fans. 10/10 do not recommend

I recently moved to Retreat At Hart Ranch Apts and I couldn’t be happier with how welcoming and helpful the entire team has been. Gabby, Crystal and Frey were incredibly friendly, helpful and warm, creating such a positive first impression. I was equally impressed with Ricardo from maintenance, who saw me out in the parking lot, and took the time to come over, introduce himself and say hello, as well as Margarita, who also greeted me. Their kind and friendly ways instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. Juan Carlos came by to complete a work order. He was very polite, personable, and respectful. The job was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. I was very pleased with his work. Overall, I’m enjoying my new apartment. The property is clean, the grounds are nicely maintained, and the staff here has been welcoming and has made me feel right at home. The Hart Ranch team truly went above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for their professionalism and outstanding service.

We have been living here since November this year and so far, we love it here! Luis helped us out a lot with the process and was very friendly. For the price we are paying, our apartment is really nice. We have a 1 bedroom Apt of 670 sq. feet. We don’t have anything super fancy (like stainless steel or so which they do offer but is probably a little higher rent), but it’s all well taken care of and again, for the price we pay, it’s great! There is a lot storage too in the kitchen, restroom, and walk-in closet. They even had a day of appreciation for the tenants/renters and surprised us with tacos that morning! I’ve never lived at other apartments before but I’ve never heard of apartments doing that before so I thought that was awesome! Besides the amazing staff and apartment, the location is great! You are down the road from Walmart, H‑E‑B, Sam’s Club and so close to the Rim, La Cantera, UTSA, & so much more! The trees around the apartments are beautiful too. The gate doesn’t work, but they have told us they are working on getting it fixed and even then, it still feels pretty safe since the parking lots are well lit. Our cats also love it here! They are pet friendly and I always see a lot of neighbors walking their dogs and there is also a little walking trail around the back that you can take advantage of when you want to go outside. I’m excited to be living here and hopefully it continues this way. (If not, I’ll keep you posted 😉)
