Residences at Grayson Heights

This is honestly the best place I have lived at here in San Antonio. First of all, love the staff. Rachel and Rick are so personable, they don't just say hi, they get to know you as a person. They always have such a good vibe, they are awesome. Management is great and welcoming. The maintenance are timely and help with providing understanding no matter big or small. I am so glad they are a good team, because that's so important when something goes down, you know you can count on them. The community is clean, and well kept (yes they sweep and mop the hallways). They put salt during the big cold front, that was so considerate to do. There's lots of areas to chill, get work done, gym, coffee, sky lounge, and speak easy. Even the mail room is nice, I love it. The inside of the apartments are really unique and they will help you find a floorplan to fit your needs. When we found ours we knew we would be happy and we have no regrets. Love the style, color, light fixtures, and especially the kitchen. Such cozy vibes, it really hits right. Parking is honestly not chaotic, they have stairs and elevators if you're not on your floor. There's also parking on the outer part or in the garage for a fee for guest. The best part, you're close to everything you can walk to a coffee shops, places to drink within 5 minutes. Within 2 - 15 minutes of a drive you have the pearl, downtown, south town, the quarry, HEB, central market, and of course good restaurants. This is a full honest review and I can say I'm very happy here! Most of all, our fur child loved it instantly.

Moving to RGH has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team. A special thank you to Rachel for guiding me through every step of the moving process and making it such a smooth and positive experience. Although I’ve only been living here for a couple of weeks, I visited the property many times prior to moving, and it has always felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable. I’m so happy to call this place home and I truly enjoy being here. :)

Best apartment I have ever lived at. This property is very intentional with its residents and the people who work here are the kindest people- they smiled and greeted me every single day I saw their faces! I loved the wifi lobby with phone rooms to take calls and meetings, and the smell- Hallways and common areas were always so clean starting in the morning. I never had issues with the elevator and maintenance always addressed my orders quickly but I hardly had any since the property is new. The property is super secure, I felt confident that no one could reach my door if they didn't live there. They also plan unique events for their residents and invite food trucks on the property few times a month I think. (Movie nights, gift wrapping stations) If you're thinking of living here, do it. Especially JBSA folks- I loved living so close to the commissary and NEX. Only downside is the water issue they have at the back of the property which SAWS is fixing, and the several doors I had to open in my hallway to get to my door. (Big struggle pushing my grocery cart alone). I had to end my lease early due to a military move, but I would have loved to continue living here. The neighborhood is really great, too. Government Hill is filled with cafes, restaurants and services I was able to get just by walking over! I'm talking lashes, facials, coffee, super walkable place. Loved living 5 mins from Maverick dog park.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this beautiful community. From the moment I walked in, the greeting was warm and welcoming, truly second to none. The décor and attention to detail throughout the space were exceptional, setting a high standard right away. After visiting a few other places, I quickly realized that none compared to the professionalism and care I experienced at The Grayson. The staff was amazing — I received a thorough, well-explained tour, and every question I had was answered with patience and honesty. A special thank-you to the assistant manager, Margaret (I believe that was her name), for making the experience so enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. The Grayson has truly raised the bar for what I expect when apartment searching, offering the perfect blend of warmth, professionalism, and excellence. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love living at the Residence at Grayson Heights! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and always well taken care of. The amenities are fantastic — everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which really makes everyday living feel elevated. The staff here truly sets this place apart. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything we need. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear that resident experience is a real priority here. We’re very happy to call Residence at Grayson Heights home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and comfortable community to live in!
