Unfortunately, I am moving out at the end of the month due to my surgery and my lease is up. I am unable to work and has been financially difficult to make my rent payment. But, the 2 and a half years that I have lived here, I have seen many changes occurr for the better. Irene, the manager, and her staff have made Regency Grove a great place to live by improving the site with more lighting, security gates and more. The landscape was also improved since I first moved in. I do hope to return once I am back on my feet financially. I am moving in with my daughter. Until I am able to run again, on my own. Figuratively speaking.I will miss the property, my neighbors and the staff.

Regency grove has been a great starter apartment for me and my roomate attending school, the help is always there, and we’ve never had any problems!

I am a current resident. They worked with my broken lease. I was able to get in less than 7 business days. Tony did a great job too.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! This place is genuinely terrible. The on site manager will sit on the office phone for 30+ minutes not acknowledging you IN THE ROOM for a single second. THREE BUILDINGS AT ONE TIME all went out of AC. The office won’t answer your phone calls at all if they’re within an hour of the closing time so good luck with that. Some apartments have window AC units that are 40+ years old, the carpets on their touring rooms are STILL STAINED. Even if you need to save money don’t bother wasting your time or money here, it’s a joke.

-UNINHABITABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. -WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. -SI PUEDES PAGAR RENTA AQUI, TE RECOMENDARIA QUE MEJOR VALLAS A PAGAR A CUALQUIER OTRO LUGAR. -THE LOW QUALITY OF APARTMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE IS RIDICULOUSLY BAD. These apartments are in terrible condition when you receive them, not worth the money you are paying for. If you rent an apartment her you will be paying for a pool that is always dirty and a gym that is not open. You will not be safe and peaceful while living here. Things that you leave inside your car or truck will be constantly stolen. Hay probabilidades de que tambien te roben tu carro/camioneta y que debido a que no tienen cameras intalladas no tomen responsabilidad alguna. We have tried to get ride of the rouges but unfortunately its almost impossible here. The only reasons why we haven't broke the contract is because of all the extra money they ask you to pay in order for you to break the lease and even if we pay, it will affect our record. POR MAS DECESPERADO QUE ESTES, NO RENTES AQUI. YOU CAN GET A BETTER(DECENT) APARTMENT FOR THE SAME OR LESS AMOUNT OF $ YOU WILL BE PAY HERE.
