Amazing experience with the staff The customer service was top-notch, exceeded my expectations. Management team is known for their prompt response to maintenance requests and helpfulness. The property is located in a desirable area with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

I just moved out of Refugio Place Apartments today, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Yesenia and Alicia. Both of these ladies are truly amazing. Yesenia is incredibly professional, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure that any issues were promptly addressed. Her dedication and genuine care for the residents truly stood out. Alicia was equally fantastic, always friendly and ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference in my overall experience at Refugio Place. Together, Yesenia and Alicia created a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere. Thank you both so much for everything you did to make my stay enjoyable. A (5_12)

Besides being in a great location close to the heart of downtown, there is also a wonderful park right across the street. However, the best part of my experience here has been the staff. The girls in the office are fantastic! So nice and helpful! The maintenance crew have always been prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend refugio place to anyone looking to live downtown.

I’ve been here for 3 years and my experience here has been good no complaints about anything the office staff are on point with there stuff if I have an issue that is Critical or just something small they are on it maintenance is also good coming into the apartment fixing what needs to be done! They also done really good as in making changes to the units like the carpet flooring restrooms etc maybe some new black appliances to make it pop more would be even grater! I don’t have an issue with roaches it’s what u make your home to be if your dirty of course you’ll have that issue! Over all I’m happy here at Refugio Place Apartments :)

(Review keeps getting deleted, I’m going to keep reposting) My partner and I lived here for a year. We should’ve left the moment we were shown the unit. DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE! We looked past the issue since we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem once we moved in. It was FILTHY! Not cleaned properly. We dealt with roaches the whole time we lived there!!!! Thin walls, kids running up and down the halls, office never answered phone, rude management, dog poop scattered in the grass areas, jacked up gates, sketchy people in the area coming to our door late at night. MOLD found and CONSTANT leaking in AC Unit. Had to call and email constantly to get this issue resolved. We were COMPLETELY IGNORED. They deleted all of our past maintenance orders from our account also. Trying to cover up their tracks. They have the nerve to raise rent prices and not give us our full deposit after moving out! Terrible property. STAY AWAY!
