This community offers a peaceful and well-maintained living experience with spacious townhomes, often featuring attached garages and private yards, all within a quiet neighborhood that feels a bit removed from the city bustle. Residents frequently praise the responsiveness and friendliness of the maintenance team, who are quick to address issues and genuinely care about resident satisfaction, and the management for fostering a welcoming atmosphere and organizing community events. While many appreciate the location's convenience to amenities and the medical district, some have experienced communication issues with the office, occasional difficulties with maintenance requests, and concerns about noise levels in units closer to main roads.

Matt the maintenance terrific in ensuring that the blinds I asked for were installed! When they were finally installed, they were done quickly and professionally! Matt was very communicative in providing updates for when someone was going to be in to do the needed blind installation.

I recently toured (3/6/26) these townhomes and can unequivocally say that the pictures and description on website are outdated and unit looks nothing like the pictures. Prior to arriving in San Antonio I was getting no response from Julio the property manager UNTIL I finally sent an email to rescind application and then he responded. I am now, as of today (3/12/26) receiving community news which should NOT be coming to me since I DID NOT sign lease. I am relocating from out of state and had sent email on 2/25/26 to ask for move in date of 3/20/26 since the website wouldn't allow for a future date when filling out the application online. It would only allow a date of 3/6/26 which was the date reflecting the unit (201) would be available. I never received a response. I called the property on 2/26/27 and Julio the property manager gave me his direct email as stated that was the best email to reach him and he would respond. I initially sent via their website portal on 2/25/26 and I sent email to him at the email address he provided on 2/26/27 but Still no response. I sent another email on 2/27/26 with still no response. On 3/2/26 at 6:54 PM(EST), I received an email from Reese stating "Happy Welcome Home!" that stated my move-in date is scheduled for 3/2/26 however NO ONE had communicated it to ME! (Yes, all true!) Renters BEWARE! I responded to that email at 7:15 PM(EST) when I read it and asked the question, "How is my move in date scheduled for today and you're just now writing me to let me know?" I had been writing Julio for 3 days prior to that email so I sent another email on 3/3/26 to Julio and copied Reese to rescind my application as I hadn't received any responses but received a welcome email of a move in date not communicated to me. Julio finally calls me on 3/5/26, while I was traveling to San Antonio in which he stated the unit 201 was ready for move in early but that he can update the date to later and I told him I felt like he was only responding because I sent that "rescind my application" email but that I wasn't signing anything until I had a chance to view the unit. I made it to the property on the afternoon of Friday 3/6/26 and was met by Matt, the maintenance supervisor which stated "here are your keys and garage opener" and tried to hand me a small bag of something (sorry, I didn't look in bag) however I rejected and told him, no, I needed to see the unit first before I accept anything or sign anything. Matt stated Breshear (sorry if spelled wrong- the leasing consultant I was scheduled to meet), had left, so Matt the Maintence guy took me to the unit. After I pointed out the unit doesn't have a washer/dryer nor a microwave as advertised on website, he stated, "some of our units do have them but we have a third party vendor that we can possibly get those things for you". I looked out the sliding door to what was supposed to be a yard however it was covered with white rocks and dog feces in a very small area in which he stated "so yeah, management decided to put white rocks in all the yards". I said this was supposed to have a "big" yard. I told Matt, No I will Not be signing the lease nor moving in to this property and he stated ok, that's fine, I will let Breshear and Julio know. I received a call from Julio on yesterday (3/11/26) stating "we haven't heard from you and you haven't picked up keys" and I stated “I know Matt made you aware of me not signing or moving in and I also sent an email after I left on Friday to put it in writing again”. I stated you also received my email too, right? He apparently had it up as he began to read it aloud to me (Yes, really happened!!!)Then he stated "yes, Matt told me" and proceeded trying to convince me to still move in and he will make it right by getting the missing items. I stated, Julio, I will Not be moving in or signing your lease. Thank you for your call but No. If this was my experience prior to moving in (And IT WAS) I can only imagine what life would have been had I signed that lease and moved in. I am still waiting for funds pd.

My boyfriend and I have been residents over a year now and I couldn’t be more happy to have found Providence Estates. My biggest shout out is to our maintenance man ,Matt, he is absolutely the best maintenance technician ever. He is so kind, warm hearted, always smiling, and explains anything he fixes in detail. You can always count on Matt to get the job done correctly the first time in a timely manner. I can’t express enough how he has made living here the best experience for my partner and I. Julio our community director is approachable and always willing to be of help if needed. I’m glad we decided to renew and are very grateful the new management kept our amazing team. We love our home! Thank you Matt, Julio, and Beck ❤️
