Prose Vista West

Moving from Washington to Prose Vista San Antonio with my wife was such a huge life change for us, and Jasmine and Sarah truly made the entire experience feel so much easier and more comforting. Relocating across states can be stressful and emotional, but they were both incredibly helpful, patient, welcoming, and supportive throughout every step of the process. They always answered our questions quickly and made us feel genuinely cared about, not just like another application. We also really appreciated the specials and incentives they offer because they helped us so much during such a big move. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the community they’re building here. They’re always doing cute little things for the community that make living here feel warm and welcoming. Another thing we love is how pet friendly the community is. Having a dog park is such a nice bonus and makes it feel even more like home for us and our pup. My wife and I are so happy with our decision to move here and are really grateful for how smooth and positive they made the transition for us. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming, and pet friendly place to call home in San Antonio!

Edit 2: latest issues include a leak coming from 2 floors above and no hot water, and the new (3rd in like a year I think?) resident app is unable to take work orders and since "no hot water" isn't one of their listed emergencies I have to wait until they open to go in person so that they can tell me to use the app to make a work order, as they have always done. The app doesn't even work. A more dedicated person could actually sue these peope Edit: the reply inviting me to speak with them in person to resolve issues is laughable, I have brought up every single issue listed with the office at least once often more than once. Nothing has been done, nothing will be done. Their reply is to save face, not to take action I have unfortunately been stuck in this crap chute for a couple years and blessedly get to leave soon. These dilapidated new builds are the exemplars of poor planning and cheap contractors that greystar hires. The buildings are only a couple of years old but the foundations are sagging due to poor drainage. The floors are crappy and always peel up, the wood furnishings from trim to cabinets are poorly installed and have gaps or instabilities. You don't have access to the hot water heater/ac room and they never deign to grace you with their presence to come unlock the door to replace the filters, and if there is water damage or mold growing there you have literally no access. It's wonderful. The staff is very policy over people. Home inspections are always super last minute, if your car registration expires they'll tow your car, they lock the side doors into the leasing office so that residents have to walk all the way around the front of the building to talk to the office, lots of other stuff like that. They really couldn't care less about the residents. On top of that the exterior spaces are filthy. The dumpster areas are not maintained because the trash trucks do not come often enough to keep up, so it's a dump anywhere near. There's always trash strewn about due to the overflow and it attracts raccoons and even coyotes that slip under the fence. There is dog shit literally everywhere that isn't picked up, partially because the dog poop bags don't get stocked near as often as they need to. The dog park is inundated with feces and gets bad to the point of being unusable before they take any action The front gate is always broken, because the sensor to exit just doesn't work right. It's a pain to LEAVE THE COMPLEX at all. I have to use my (very poor ranged) clicker to open the entrance side to leave 100% of every time. The office does not care about this issue, and they do nothing about such complaints. Literally the only good thing about this place is the pest control, I'll admit that it's nice. No bugs inside because they use proper treatments and they do so quickly. Besides that though, having to pay 1700 a month for an 880 square foot poorly ran prison is obscene, especially when there are homes within a mile renting out for the same at 2000+ square feet. Don't be stupid, don't rent here or at any greystar property.

Sooo first and foremost create a bbb account leave a review there this is a basically a public platform and goes unnoticed by corporate simply because the office is probably being 100% dishonest about the actual facts the replies from all the horrible reviews are really mediocre at best and just a bunch of lies lol how dare you respond sorry to everyone complaining about the same things how about we get corporate involved have someone come sit in on this property and do a final walkthrough and also listen to the daily complaints that goes unanswered the fact that people are getting a free check for showing up really irks my nerves hopefully a reality check is coming and a full employee makeover is considered and a onsite police is added to the complex for Christ sakes rent is $1600x how many units are there you guys seriously can’t invest in floors,coons,ants etc HELP GET RID of this office staff immediately

I absolutely love this property! My boyfriend has lived here for a few months now and says this is one of the best places he has ever lived. The team in the office is always friendly when we are grabbing coffee, and the maintenance seems pretty cool too. It is a good location too!

We’ve been in a hurry trying to find an apartment as we’re moving to the San Antonio. Tony helped us with an amazing and detailed tour and a smooth process. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed.
