Prose North West

This property is so beautiful and amazing! I love living here! They complete work orders within 2-3 days on busy weeks! They clean the property everyday and the gym is amazing! It is the best 24 hrs gym! Also the pool is always so clean! I can’t wait for summer to see their events at the pool!

My husband and I moved into Prose about a month ago and so far we have nothing but good things to say! Our leasing agent Damaris Rojas was wonderful and SO helpful in helping us choose an apartment and guide us through the move in process. Moving in was a breeze and the apartment was absolutely spotless when we moved in (by far the cleanest apartment I have ever seen on a move in). We have been very happy with our choice to live at Prose North West and are excited to spend the next year here!

HOMEST REVIEW! Staff are nice so for that I give one star. If it wasn’t for that I would give this place zero stars. Upon moving in August 2024 everything was great. I couldn’t be happier but somewhere in between then to the end of my year lease things went downhill the more people that moved in. Residents absolutely do not pick up their dog poop whatsoever no matter how many times I brought it up. I remember wanting to go to the dog park on site and the sheer smell of poop was 100 ft away. Dog poop is everywhere around the complex. Lots of car theft at this complex too. My car was broken into and a police report was filed but nothing was done by police or staff. They do not enforce the front gate at all. I’ve made several complaints about people running the gate and they say they send out notices but the entire time I’ve lived there I did not receive one notice about them cracking down on the gate. Another occurrence where some guy took the license plate off my car and they didn’t do anything. In fact, Amber the manager there said there was nothing they could do so I’m sure that goes to show how much they care. The apartments itself look nice but that’s about it. They are not well built and are not maintained. Flooring issues since moving in and it never got fixed. Apparently lots of the apartment floors were so bad they started ripping them up in vacant units. Tile in the bathroom was falling apart it never got fixed. I find it really interesting and upsetting they know this and still decided to keep my deposit. I will say the tall maintenance man is very nice but the short maintenance man I did not appreciate that he tried entering my apartment without consent on several different occasions after explicitly asking not to. It is not okay. Trash piles up at the dumpster all the time and residents to not keep stairwells clean. There is never enough parking here at all. People end up parking in handicap because there is no parking. I’m really glad I was able to leave because I don’t think I could bare another year there. If you don’t mind these things then yeah it’s pretty affordable to live here, otherwise stay away from this place. Good luck getting them to enforce any issue you have because it won’t happen.

We moved in last week and we love it! The leasing team (especially Amber) have been so sweet and helpful. We like to take our dog on walks and walking around the complex is quiet and beautiful. Parking has been quick and easy to find. When we got our apartment it was clean and smelling great! We are excited to live here!

Prose Northwest is truly a special place to call home! From the moment we moved in, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Natalie Chavez (the manager) and Amber Cox (the assistant manager) are absolutely incredible—always kind, approachable, and willing to help. The rest of the staff, including Charles, Sara, and Byron, are just as amazing. It says so much about this community that we not only know all the staff but feel completely comfortable with them. Their warmth and dedication create such a positive and inviting atmosphere and not to leave behind the fun and cute community events they organize for us. Of course, no community is perfect, and there are occasional issues here and there with neighbors—like some leaving dog poop around. While it’s not the staff’s fault, they still go the extra mile by helping clean up when needed, which speaks volumes about their commitment to keeping this community amazing. We especially love the beautiful nature areas here. It’s the perfect place for daily walks with my toddler, kids, and our dog, and we cherish our picnic breakfasts outdoors. Even with small imperfections, this community continues to feel safe, peaceful, and well cared for, thanks to the incredible team. Thank you, Amber, Natalie, and the entire Prose Northwest team, for creating such a wonderful place to live. We are so happy to call this home!
