Maintenance team at Pradera has top notch customer service. On top of completing work orders in a timely manner, Raymond also does his due diligence and checks for any preventative items I don't think about such as caulking and AC filter replacement. Thank you, Raymond!

Just recently moved in and needed several maintenance concerns addressed. Raymond and Robert were super helpful. Great communication in scheduling and answering all my questions and concerns. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy what they do.

We have lived in the community for over a year now and the maintenance crew has consistently gone above and beyond. Raymond is always greeting you with a smile and you can tell genuinely loves is work! With so many homes in the community, I feel the maintenance team is doing an outstanding job keeping up with everyone’s needs. Robert recently came by to handle a few repairs; he was very polite and professional I appreciate having a trustworthy team I can rely on whenever something comes up. Thanks Maintenance team!

Let me just start this review out right! I’ve been living here for the past three years. That in itself says a lot. Pretty great concept of rental homes of this magnitude. Overall, my neighbors / Neighborhood is pretty friendly. My hat comes off to the maintenance guys. Kudos to them guys for making things happen In a timely fashion. Raymond in particular is downright friendly and attentive to any issue I’ve had with my home. His timing is immaculate given the need of the situation. Thanks for your hard work! You are appreciated 🙏🏻

Put in a request for a few maintenance items, and Raymond and Robert handled them all like pros. Raymond and Robert are efficient, accommodating, polite and skilled. They’re ready and able to help with anything we need. Whatever you do, please don’t lose them. They are amazing!
