Nice condos but could use an exterior makeover. Grounds were freshly cut and we're cleaning the parking area. Overall it was a good place to live if needed.

This review is for Bobbie, the HOA manager of Phase 1. Bobbie is wonderful, always goes above and beyond to make sure the owner/tenants are notified of everything. During our snow and freeze emergencies this week she has been on top of it all to help keep the property and all residents safe. Way to go Bobbie, Thank you!

Hate hate hate this place with a passion. Nothing but problems since I moved in a couple months ago. Not only is it homeowners association which sucks to live under. It's basically a colt if u ask me. The property manager apparently he will do everything in his power including falsifying information to police to get u out. What he has against us idk but one thing I can say is he doesn't get along with our leasing agent and therefore is after him to get him out and were his last property on this property so he ends up messing with us to. Crazy. It's a decent place all in all. The pools are nice. There's 3 sectioned off for each section. They don't really push it hard that u can't be at the other pool.og u don't live in that section . But I have to have a key for the pool. If u like cats ur in luck. This is the ultimate cat place. They're everywhere. Skunks and possums and raccoons also. So walking at night be careful. Do a he's too big ones. All over at night. It's an ok place. They do have security and they are a wonderful group of two men. One comes in at 9pm-12am then another from 12 to 6 I believe in the am. They're on it and record who is in and out. Won't let anyone in if they don't have all the info on the person they're seeing. Very efficient. Nice guys.

Bought a condo here a year and 5 months ago, so far so good! Quiet, cool neighbors who are mostly homeowners some renters, not a lot, easy access to highways, lots of restaurants around the corner, grocery shopping close by, I am very much enjoying my time here, glad Iade this purchase.

Used to be a little more quite, and there is way too many cats. It literally smells like poop everywhere. Also if you rent be prepared to pay for everything except water on top of the high rent amount. #nice2geekyou
