Just moved here in January very easy process, but unfortunately, the ACs Suck the units are nasty and muggy constantly because the AC can’t keep up and there’s no parking. I mean, sure I could put the AC at 60 but then my Electricity bill will be $200

Be sure your rooms come with a ceiling fan and light before you sign. Me and my roommate signed after walking the apartment and we both didn’t notice there were no fans in the rooms, no lights, and no microwave in the kitchen. We asked and they said that was for upgraded apartment units. Other than that, I’ve loved the new place, rent stays consistent, electric is cheap, the office people are nice and helpful. Definitely a better management than our last apartments

DEANNA in the office is very helpful and patient she is always willing to take time to help me all the office staff is nice. DAVID will always take time to talk if you want to see him. The maintenence staff is very polite and efficient.

I’ve been really impressed with my experience at this apartment community. The leasing office is friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always clean. It’s a peaceful place to live with plenty of parking and a convenient location close to stores, food, and HEB. Perfect for anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed home.

I had a very nice experience with the leasing team at Plaza De Ville Apartments, especially with Shachaan — she was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The community is comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and quiet living environment in San Antonio!
