Pearl Park

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now but I wanted to live here and a get a feel for the place first. We have been here since June 2025 and we are really loving it. We feel safe and it feels like a community. The application and move in process was simple and stress free. The Property Mgr Wilmuir was amazing to work with and heard my needs and wants for an apartment. We have no regrets moving here. They understand rent is not always easy to pay at once so they have options on paying rent . At least once a week they have free donuts or tacos in the office. They arrange food trucks for residents. They have holiday decorating contests with actual prizes!! The maintenance crew is amazing and work quick to resolve any issues. We do not have a bug problem which is a huge plus for us. I like how they allow people to decorate their outdoor space to make it homie. Not every complex is perfect but Pearl Park is pretty close. I’m sorry it took me so long to write this review but I do hope it helps any person trying to make a decision. We honestly love living here!

5+ year resident here. Just wanted to share and give a big thanks to our new office personal Wuilmer, L and our great Maintenance staff Mario and Alejo. They are always respectful, kind, efficient and actually demonstrate daily how they care for residents and our complex. I’ve seen positive changes throughout these last couple of months with amazing upgrades to the units, speedy assistance, available communication and even events for us to participate with free goodies! Thank y’all for all y’all’s efforts and most of all thank y’all for caring! We appreciate y'all! 🥳🥳
