I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now but I wanted to live here and a get a feel for the place first. We have been here since June 2025 and we are really loving it. We feel safe and it feels like a community. The application and move in process was simple and stress free. The Property Mgr Wilmuir was amazing to work with and heard my needs and wants for an apartment. We have no regrets moving here. They understand rent is not always easy to pay at once so they have options on paying rent . At least once a week they have free donuts or tacos in the office. They arrange food trucks for residents. They have holiday decorating contests with actual prizes!! The maintenance crew is amazing and work quick to resolve any issues. We do not have a bug problem which is a huge plus for us. I like how they allow people to decorate their outdoor space to make it homie. Not every complex is perfect but Pearl Park is pretty close. I’m sorry it took me so long to write this review but I do hope it helps any person trying to make a decision. We honestly love living here!

5+ year resident here. Just wanted to share and give a big thanks to our new office personal Wuilmer, L and our great Maintenance staff Mario and Alejo. They are always respectful, kind, efficient and actually demonstrate daily how they care for residents and our complex. I’ve seen positive changes throughout these last couple of months with amazing upgrades to the units, speedy assistance, available communication and even events for us to participate with free goodies! Thank y’all for all y’all’s efforts and most of all thank y’all for caring! We appreciate y'all! 🥳🥳

Their apartments look nothing like how they show or advertise online I got an apartment. My ceiling was falling through matter fact, let me upload the picture. They did come. It was mold all in it roaches all infested rats behind the dishwasher That is why I moved and I will Be taking them to court I don’t think I should have to give them any anything. The living conditions were horrible and to have to pay a 1400 a month is crazy to live like that. just a horrible place to live.. My ceiling was sinking in from water coming from the roof. Do you think they ever fixed it? No, all they said were were send somebody out there I mean, just disgusting. Nasty a horrible place to live.

When we first moved in here, we didn’t have any issues at all! Everything went smooth and did everything right we liked that we were close by to many places so that was a plus! The only thing I just didn’t like from my experience is that they stoled our car from the complex, the maintenance does a good job on requests but when it came to my dryer not drying properly they said they couldn’t mess with it because if there was birds nests so I’ve been stuck re drying my clothes a couple times because the birds come in through a little hole, I wish I could stay and release but unfortunately this isn’t the right home for us anymore, I thank management for always working with us and making us feel welcome but it’s time for a new start and a new home

At first I was a little skeptical of these apartments based on the reviews, but I decided to take a chance after hearing of a change in Management. Wuilmer and Ashley have been exceptionally helpful from the very beginning. They go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are taken care of and have treated my wife and I like family. Mario, the Swiss Army knife maintenance man is very incredible, the whole maintenance team really. Everyone has been so accommodating and helpful right from the start. Also, the improvements just keep coming from the landscaping to the walking paths, the pools and gym being renovated, they’re even renovating the mailroom!! I’d recommend these apartments to any small family/ single person. With the accessibility to so many restaurants, stores, and schools it makes it a no-brainer!!
