Paso Fino Apartments

This apartment complex is foremost the most peaceful and cleanest place I’ve been at. Leasing office staff is great! Maintenance man Eddie is great with all work orders or issues on property. Making sure the job is done and that we are satisfied before he leaves the unit. His hard work and dedication to his work is outstanding. No matter the time or day he’s there. Goes out his way to make sure that the issue is resolved. Keep up the GOOD WORK EDDIE!! 👍🏼⭐️

Carlos does an amazing job, always punctual and very initiative. He’s also very professional. Carlos has been great ever since he joined Paso Fino

Carlos Neaves one of the maintenance men on site, was quick and efficient with fixing my garbage disposal with was emanating a foul smell that stinks up my whole apartment. He replaced it with a banner garbage disposal which fixed the smell issue. I am appreciative of his work thank you.

Fifth year here at Paso Fino. Office personnel,Teresa, Jeanette and Chelsea, and maintenance staff, Carlos and Eddie are the best! Responsive and make every effort to make living here a positive experience. One caveat. Would be a 10 if could get the breezeways cleaned. First impressions mean a lot when walking to your apt. door.
