These apartments offer an incredibly affordable option, especially for veterans and pet owners, with a strong sense of community and a highly praised, helpful management team. However, prospective residents should be aware of occasional issues with hot water and the presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding downtown area, though many residents report these are not typically problematic.
