For this being my first ever apartment this was the best place to start at . Affordable and the front office helps with anything , when it comes to working with you , or needing something for the apartment all you have to do is talk with them and they will work with you . 10/10 if you need somewhere affordable and nice

I lived at Parkside Apts a few years. In that time, I never had a problem with maintenance or management. They get 5 stars. Angela is a great manager. She takes care and does everything she can for veterans and the residents. The neighborhood is a bit shady, close to Haven for hope, so you get a little traffic and shady looking people once in awhile. That whole time, I never got broke in to or anything like that. My neighbors were vigilant, and they would look out for each other. The buildings are old and wore but it's good for price. Overall, I want thank the GI forum for helping me out.

Extremely affordable compared to other apartments in the downtown area. Much of my family lives here, and often when I did, it felt like a community, unlike most apartment buildings I've been in. They allow dogs, which is nice, and have routine checks to make sure everyone is keeping their apartments up to standards. There is only one thing, since it is in the downtown area, there are more homeless people and crazies, but they are never a problem. Overall I would recommend this place.

As a former resident, I’ve seen Angela work tirelessly trying to help her tenants and future tenants. Need maintenance? She makes sure you’re heard and helped. Housing fairs? I’ve seen her there too, smiling and friendly. And now the apartment establishment is pet friendly, which is awesome and FREE! She is very familiar with all the residents and I’ve heard some residents say commendable things about her. I’m happy to say she’s also helped out people I know personally when they were looking for an apartment. Some of them still there to this day and enjoying it! Tell your friends like I’ve told mine!

The apartments are great rental place. The bus stop is at a very close walking distance and the transfer point is just about 5 minutes away good for disability person. The rent is at a low cost of a little over $500 and housing help for low income renters. It's a very quiet apartment complex with little and no problems ever and manager with maintenance staff keeps the complex clean and in order. Sincerely, Vince
