I do live here and yes there is roaches and bed bug problems they have a hard time addressing. Not sure if it's because these older people are filthy and some live up or down from my apartment are dirty at times. I do realize that pest control sprayes the whole floor but have issues still from dirty, filthy people. I do like my floor it's high and I can see the san pedro park very beautiful 😍 and I can see fire works. I do like the staff here they try to help you out. There is a lot of homeless people here so be careful they try to go inside the building but it's locked downstairs. You have to have a key, to get into the building witch I love ❤️ people do drugs here too I mean actual bad drugs so if they bother you ignore them or report them. It's not great but it's manageable if you need a place I wouldn't recommend but of that's all you can find then it's okay. I help these old people out with food at times giving to community. The people that live here are friendly some are gossiping about you at times I just ignore it.

I don't live here, but I give it five stars for it's Brutalist architecture and appearance.

Just not worth the hassle if you can avoid it, trust me. The bad stories you read, most are true. Management lends a blind eye of course. Unethical and bad practices. Believe me, if I knew what I know now, I would have listened to the reviews and avoided these roaches, unruly and unprofessional management, and the headache of wasting my time and effort with this whole process. I want housing but not in the environment I'm dealing with.

Dont let your loved ones live here!!! Too many homeless people in that area high on drugs take advantage of the sick and elderly. Bed bugs and pest problem are constant. SAHA can do BETTER but it seems too challenging for them to maintain the building with proper management and staff. Some staff members try to help but they can only do so much and stay in their office refusing to open the door or speak to tenants who are just trying to get assistance or raise caution to some of they're concerns. Apparently the SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO HERE. If there's a problem regarding a tenants safety their advice is transfer the tenant instead of trying to find ways to address the problem for the well being and safety for the present and future tenants. Something needs to change #SAHA. BY the way, do the "Security Cameras" work yet or are they still down? Too many Assaults, Robberies, and Overdoses occur in that building and most go unreported and undocumented mostly because the victims are threatened by the assailants and most tenants don't have anyone to turn to.
