Park Greene Townhomes

My time here was not the best. I moved into the three bedroom two and a half bath and was most ecstatic to move in here with my family until, within the first month of us living here one of the bathroom toilets stopped working, then the upstairs bathroom sink cabinets broke off, the blinds in almost every room came apart anytime we tried to open them to let in light and the pool was poorly maintained. There is a massive fire ant infestation. These ants are EVERYWHERE! I would find them on my couch, my clothes, my kitchen, my bed. Worse of all my daughter and son were heavily allergic and would get hives from the bites. The apartments are supposed to be gated but the gates were broken throughout our entire lease and guess what.. my car got broken into and was left scratched from whatever idiot came into the property. Our neighbors would be constantly smoking weed around my kids whenever they went out to play. We also got so many bogus fees that were never mentioned, so the rent we were told came out to be almost 300 hundred dollars more than the original amount. My only positives was one encounter with the new property manger and she was very helpful and kind during the moving out process and maintenance was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Although I know a lot of these things are out of the staff's control due to budgets and owners of the property these are things that need to be fixed for future tenants. I would highly not recommend living here until these things are fixed and updated.

I recently moved in December and I got to say I had no idea what I was getting but I am so pleased with the amount of space I have and how quiet my surroundings are. Everyday I look out my bedroom balcony and I have the best view you can image. I get to see the sunset every evening and its absolutely breath taking. After a long hard day it makes everything worth it. I LOVE IT! So glad I moved here.
