Unfortunately we have to move due to the military but the time we spent here was a blast neighbors were great. Maintenance crew was spectacular, although the rooms are dark it’s spacious. Once you get clear of that you’re able to go on runs on the compound hang out with family and not worry about much with the admin team on the lookout and quick reaction to problems

I really like this place, the workers, etc., but they have loud landscaping equipment and workers from a third party for hours outside your window that’s impossible to rest through, at 7:30-8 am every Friday. To me that’s too early, there’s no reason they can’t start much later. If you ever take a day off work you won’t be able to rest. I am leaving a review cause they even showed up the day after Thanksgiving with their loud equipment and woke me up at 8 am and kept me up. So I am leaving a review. To me Thanksgiving day and the day after is like a holiday where I shouldn’t have to deal with that. Even though there isn’t much grass, they all walk through one by one with edgers, mowers and blowers, multiple people walking in circles and working independently to make it take longer, and are outside your window with 100 decibel landscaping equipment every Friday at 8 am until like 2 or 3 pm. I think they make it take longer so they can ask for more money for the job, because if they work together to edge mow and blow each small area of grass they should be outside your window maybe 45 minutes total tops. The apartments shouldn’t have let them show up the day after Thanksgiving, especially at 8 am. The sound is like waking up to someone mowing the grass inside your apartment. Just want to state this specific annoyance I’m not happy about. Nothing wrong with keeping up with the apartment landscaping, but skipping a week in the fall or winter when the Friday is the day after Thanksgiving is not going to cause any issue. I have the day off and I’m annoyed this happens every single week at a time that is officially considered resident quiet hours by the apartment’s lease. Seriously not happy about this. If it was much later in the day at a more acceptable time, and wasn’t the morning of the day after Thanksgiving when I am trying to rest, I wouldn’t get upset enough after all this time to complain about it. The care of the residents should come before the preferred schedule of the landscaping company. It’s 50 degrees outside, they don’t need to start at 8 am. It’s nearly december, the grass is barely even growing and even dead in some areas, and I have a guy riding around on a riding lawn tractor outside my window getting every inch of the dead grass and cutting literally nothing at 8 am the day after Thanksgiving on my day off. Landscaping workers should be working in the late afternoon for the care of residents, not 8 am. Walls can be thin but front office has always helped me anytime I have contacted them with issues with any disrespectful neighbors, playing subwoofers repeatedly at strange hours like they are in their own mansion, people letting their dogs bark outside for hours at night like other neighbors don’t exist, and things like that. So thank you to them for being helpful when needed in that regard. You have typical issues that you would face it any apartments but if your neighbors are quiet you should enjoy it a lot. There are neighbors Who have untrained dogs dogs that bark a lot on walks or when their owner leaves the apartment, people who go on their balcony and make a bunch of noise way too early or way too late, and things of that nature, talking and coughing and smoking or whatever, people knocking on doors at 6:30 am every morning in the hallway, etc. Maintenance is very responsive. I like it here, mainly because of the responsive office workers who always help when neighbors violate quiet hours repeatedly for months to where you can’t take it anymore and finally complain. They always help out so you can feel good knowing they will help out if you need it. My main criteria for this review is noise since that’s what matters most for comfort at an apartment and at this particular moment the neighbor noise isn’t too bad, but it’s been worse in the past with certain neighbors doing things to disturb at odd hours. I’m always as quiet and respectful as possible. I would probably normally give a 4 star because of the office workers and maintenance responsiveness, but landscaping takes one off.

My car was stolen twice, my boyfriend’s truck was broken into twice, and my mom’s truck was also broken into. My boyfriend’s work truck was messed with. Thieves come in here like they live here, and the apartment complex does nothing. The gates are always broken, and car/truck windows are constantly being smashed. The front office just gives you attitude and says, "Sorry that happened. There's nothing we can do." Want more stress in your life? Move here

I just moved in 2 weeks ago, and Aleena Fuss made this process as smooth as can be! So far it’s quiet and clean. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Definitely recommend living here.

Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly community.
