Staff is for the most part good and nice to work with. However if you live here expect your car to be broken into and sometimes even stolen. last month about 10 cars got broken into and one stolen. This month about 15 to 20 cars have gotten broken into and 2 stolen. Oxly does not hire some type of security to just drive around at night and most likely won’t. When it comes to the actual apartment it is fairly clean and has a nice little gym if you workout.

So far my experience at the oxly has been great! I moved in a few months ago and have had no complaints. Maintenance is fast and responsive and Mike at the front office is very kind and professional. Overall I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone interested in moving here.

I called Oxly Apartments home for 2 years and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is clean, well-kept, and peaceful, but the real highlight is the management team. Mike and Jennifer in the front office were absolutely outstanding — responsive, professional, and always willing to listen. Anytime I had a question or concern, they treated it seriously and resolved it quickly. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, often within the same day, which really gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly cares about residents’ comfort and goes the extra mile, but Oxly does exactly that. I would recommend Oxly Apartments without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to live.

I have lived here for almost a year now, and it has been a very positive experience. The apartment is comfortable, the community is quiet and friendly, and the location is very convenient. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and efficient the maintenance team is—they always address any issues quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure that I found the perfect apartment to fit my needs. Once I moved in, Jen & Selika (Property Manager & Assitant Manager), continued their exceptional service that I had experienced during the leasing process. The whole team is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service has really made a difference in our living experience. The amenities at Oxly Apartments are fantastic, with a fitness center, and great size pool. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Oxly Apartments to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live.
