They have a really bad assistant management they like to me in the end of my leasing making me pay extra money for nothing I don’t recommend this property even if a clean everything out

Jana & Elizabeth always helped me out and made me enjoy my stay at the apts! Ricardo from maintanance is also really good at staying on top of things and friendly!

I loved the staff! Jana and Elizabeth were so sweet and helpful. I am looking for a for larger one bedroom. They are so spacious! I would get a two-bedroom one bath, but it's a bit out of my budget. Hopefully they will have one in the next 2 months because I will run back to rent that apartment. Great area, super clean, awesome staff!!!!

I have truly never had a better apartment experience! - The leasing office staff are wonderful to work with and respond quickly to calls and messages in the resident portal. - When I submitted maintenance requests, the team literally came within the same day to fix the three issues I had. - The unit I live in was beautiful the day I moved in and there are no pest issues (despite cockroaches and other common pests being an issue in many apartment complexes). - The parking is INCREDIBLE. There are SO many large spots to choose from and everyone is respectful and quiet. I feel very blessed to live here and I staff are willing to work with you for shorter leasing terms (I chose a 3 month initial lease). The only downside are that the amenities are limited (1 small gym, limited laundry room, tiny pool). If you're looking for an amazing place to call home The Oaks at La Cantera is a great choice :)

The thing for me is quick and responsive maintenance. While it is not the most beautiful apartment around this area, the high ceiling 1B1B apartments are really nice. I love the surroundings and ample parking spots. Easily accessible shuttle service that leaves from Maverick Creek or High View. Overall, our almost 2 years stay here was comfortable and hassle free. One tiny thing is every apartment should have a balcony or patio; would love if our 1B1B had one, well you loose some, you get some.
