Today I had the pleasure of touring a community with Property Manager Angela, and I have to say—I was beyond impressed. I had three other apartment tours lined up, but after meeting Angela and seeing the community, I was completely sold. From the moment I walked in, Angela was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made me feel at home right away and answered all my questions—often before I even had the chance to ask them! Her kindness and professionalism were evident in everything she did. The community itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, but what truly stood out to me was Angela’s interaction with the residents as we drove around. She knew them by name and greeted them with such sincerity. That personal touch meant so much to me, especially knowing my mom will be moving into this community. I was so pleased with the tour, the apartment, and the overall atmosphere that I canceled my remaining appointments—and we’ll be moving my mother in this weekend. We are both excited and at peace knowing she’s moving into a beautiful, well-cared-for place, in the hands of someone as genuine and caring as Angela. Thank you, Angela, for making this such a wonderful experience! If anyone is looking for a beautiful place to call home, I highly recommend visiting Angela—you’ll be glad you did..

Lived here 2 years. Location near downtown is great, but the property is poorly managed. Mice in the AC unit, collapsing carport, water outages with no warning, and security lapses made living here stressful. Management was dismissive and rent increased yearly without improvements. The charm doesn’t outweigh the neglect.

*Update 01FEB25* One year+ after moving, I’ve finally received my initial deposit. Better late than never, I suppose. I had a decent experience here. I rented a studio apartment on the second floor for about $800/mo for a year. The washing machines worked over on my end at 3222 Howard St. The dryer was 50-50. The new maintenance guy named Guy is a great guy, just overworked. Can’t blame him or Ms. Gabrielle at management for the property just being old. In the end, the neighbors are who forced me out. A couple of bad apples made living here unbearable. Loved the location, however. Never received my deposit, Ms. Gabrielle. Please reach out when you get a chance.

was a resident here for 3yrs and on my last year is when Management/Maintenance really went downhill.... Cons: Front office is pretty much impossible to get ahold of. Even with the apartment app you can use to contact them, but also to be able to use the non-working washer/dryers. below are the photos I took as proof to show the city(bc the upstairs neighbor's bathroom or whatever was leaking. her dumb self didn't report the leak, and so it caused this) made multiple calls/service requests, and physical visits to the front office, nothing. finally after a MONTH I had enough and made a complaint to the city. After a day a two of them visiting and seeing the water/mold damage, FINALLY Management took the issue serious and really all they did was just remove the old wood(which they didn't even bother throwing away) and patching up the hole that was there for like another week....like really? THE PROBLEM IS UPSTAIRS. the next photo is the newest leak issue that happened about 3 weeks ago now. with this, I was finally able to get out of my lease. a Mutual lease exit. Pros: the place IS quiet and downtown is close by, along with the HEB. Packages don't really get stolen. but pretty much, don't move here. not worth it. **also the pools never open & dirty

Edit: It has been two weeks since they responded to my review and they have not contacted me. Still no response on my deposit. They will not respond to contact about my deposit check that they said they would send to me. I moved out Sept 2023 and it is now May 2024. At one point an internal pipe was leaking from the second floor and destroyed parts of the kitchen cabinet paint below on the first floor and they never came to fix the water damage and paint. It started molding. The water was shut off at least once a month for repairs with minimal notice. A lot of the laundry machines are broken completely and so they take your money then don’t wash or dry. They also are trying to keep most of my deposit and cited they are keeping it to repaint cabinets even though I only lived there for 6 months and there was minimal normal wear and tear. I cleaned the entire place top to bottom before moving out. I have date stamped photos from the night I cleaned and moved out. Look how clean those cabinets are!! Management please contact me and refund my deposit immediately.
