I’ve truly enjoyed living at Mission Oaks. The energy in the office is always great—from the leasing team to the assistant, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially with small maintenance issues in my apartment, the response has been quick and handled with urgency, which I really appreciate. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I definitely recommend Mission Oaks to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive and well-managed.

Been here 2 months and the move in was smooth and easy and the apartment is very comfortable. Now i want to say that the management and the crew are Amazing. Liz and Yvette are very sweet and Xavier is Awesome then you have Joel And his guys are very friendly and and fix problems that needs to be solved. All in all Love being part Of the community.

My family and I were looking for a place that we could possibly turn into our home. As we entered the leasing office , we met Xavier. He is the leasing guru at Mission Oaks. His warm and friendly smile along with his contagious laughter sealed the deal for us. He is a stalwart young man . His expertise in the legalities of a leasing contract is bar none. Because of Xavier's guidance throughout the process we were able to move into our apartment two weeks later. I will recommend this apartment complex to all , and, Xavier "the leasing guru" will be highly recommended.

Yvette and Xavier were wonderful. Yvette answered all my questions and gave me beautiful transparent, authentic answers about every single concern I had. Everything about this property is a green flag - from the proper maintenance to the beautiful landscaping to the way trash is handled to the gorgeous and spacious interiors. I was impressed from start to finish and after my most recent experience elsewhere, I was looking for ANY flaw. All I found were green flags and plenty of signs that I had finally found a new home where I could relax, enjoy peace and quiet, and live my life. I didn't want to leave after the tour - I was home! I can't wait to move in!
