I've been here for almost a year and plan to stay much longer. We love our new home and community. Our neighbors are friendly and the office staff is amazing! If we ever need repairs, which is rare, the team is on it. There has never been a wait. I would highly recommend this community.

I had such a great experience working with Erica! From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out to me was how patient they were—never making me feel rushed, and going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.

Iv been living here for the last 4 years and it's wonderful. The staff in the leasing office are SO sweet and polite! Maintenace requests are usually done the same day they are put in and the guys are really nice and respectful. It's a quality place with quality people and it's been a great place to call home.

These apartments are fantastic. Our unit is perfectly tucked away in the back of the complex, it’s really quiet despite being on the side of the highway. The gates for the most part are always in working condition and the property is very well taken care of. I feel safe here to walk around and the neighbors have been super friendly. Our rent price for our 3 bedroom is fair, maintenance is amazing and fast responding. Everyone at the office has always been welcoming and they spoil us on holidays. I genuinely cant think of anything negative to say! My only personal gripe is the parking but its a small complex, there isn’t really much they can do about that. But they make up for it by taking care of their property and their tenants. My partner and I will be resigning our lease here.
