Marquis at The RIM

I have been living here for the past 4-5 years. The apartment is safe and beautiful. I would 100% recommend it. The office and maintenance staff are the best and always respectful.

I've lived here for nearly a decade. The staff has always been very cordial and happy to assist me with any of my concerns. The maintenance crew is always very prompt to response and solve any issues.

In just the short period of time that I’ve lived here, I want to say that it has been the easiest and comfortable transitions I have made moving thanks to the staff! You can tell that the property is maintained with care, and the community is nice and respectful. I feel right at home everyday🙏🏼

❤️💙❤️We have lived at Marquis at The Rim going on 3 Years Now, I seriously don't know where to start! This Community was the 1st one we looked at when we were browsing for apartments, we saw 4 others and I must say we came right back to Marquis! The office staff is so Friendly and Welcoming, Monique and Lindsay are so nice and professional always going above and beyond for their residents! 💜Maintenance Team are always on Top of any concerns, shout out to Caleb and all the Maintenance Team! Overall I rate this Community a 10 out of 10 and 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! If you are looking for a SAFE Community Marquis at the Rim is the place!! 🥰😍💜🩵💙

Taylor is always amazing and responsive no matter the reason. She deserves a raise and paid nails for a month 🥰
