Michael called before taking care of the work order to make sure he could stop by. Stated he would be there in 10 minutes and he did just that. He completed the work order and fix the problem. Great customer service.

Agent Hilda entered my apartment without authorization, with only my minor child present. She took photos of the notice, which clearly violates the law, since a minor cannot receive notifications. Moreover, no adult was present, and I never gave authorization, as the law requires. This is unacceptable. I am well informed and demand an immediate response. I have evidence, I have a camera, and I can provide it if needed. I want direct contact with the person responsible.

Michael has become a friend of mine. He’s always very hands on and attentive to everything in my apartment. In my opinion he is the best of the members on his maintenance team.

I remember when they were building these apartments and I thought that they were gonna be so beautiful from the inside so disappointed everything is dark brown cabinets, which is like the style of the 80s. It doesn’t even fit the style of the outside if you’re gonna make it look like a Hacienda or Santa Fe look you need to follow up with the insight because it does not match at all whoever designed it is so far off I give a tree because how it looks outside, but the inside is not worth that money they should’ve gone with white cabinets or something more new you know new colors because it does not match. It looks like an 80s trailer.
