MAA Westover Hills

Not worth the price. You can find better places in SA way cheaper than this. Car was stolen and office didn’t care they also didn’t let me install cameras to watch the car after we received it back. Sometimes they leave the gate open and anyone can come in. Very ghetto here wouldn’t recommend Edit this happened previously not a new situation. When it did happen there was no help hence why Im not calling and speaking to any management. The issue was dealt with and that was my take on how the issue was handled. Thought I’d mention that because they replied saying contact management lol

Extremely disappointing tour that was done by this gentleman at MAA we had I was with my boyfriend we decided to give this place a look at before vetting our first apartment we had previously look at pecos flats which was 100x better than these apartments. First of all when we walked in we weren't greeted at all, when we asked about a 1 bedroom apartment I had wanted to look at the 725 sqft but they had none available so we went to look at the 650 sqft which was qouted at 1188$ so I kinda had some high expectations for this apartment because how good MAA looks from the lobby and outside. We went on the golf cart took a ride to there my boyfriend pointed out to me later how the back fence was painted to look like it was metal but it was indeed made out of wood. Hes a carpenter thought that was a bit cheap... So we looked at the apartment and when we walked in we were both disappointed, it felt like some divorced dad sad excuse of an apartment! And again the gentleman that was giving us a tour we felt he was annoyed and was trying to rushed us. I quickly took a small video he did not ask how we felt about the apartment just kinda shrugged it off to continue what he was doing. And then the Washer and driver were behind the kitchen behind a door it was the smallest washing room I've ever seen especially for the price come on?? The previous apartments we saw had a bigger washer and driver for the same exact price! My boyfriend mentioned to me as well how sloppy the trimming was and how cheap everything seemed in the apartment. So when we left we felt disappointed and kinda felt uneasy being at MAA no good vibes here not very good customer service. DO NOT TOUR here, you're better off finding something else for your budget.

I moved in about a month ago, and I am completely satisfied with where I am right now. The apartment management, Kim and Bailey, are exceptional in their dealings with residents. They make sure everything is in order and promptly address any maintenance or upkeep needs. They are easily accessible and very easy to work with. I would be happy to refer MAA Westover Hills to friends and others who are looking for an apartment.

My move in experience was Amazing. The office staff were so friendly and accommodating. I applied and got a call the very next day to move-in. I absolutely love the property, it’s clean, safe and beautiful. A special shoutout to Nick for helping me! He's awesome!!!!

I just moved into these apartments and I wanted to thank kim and nick for being so kind and helpful during my application process. The entire process was so fast and easy. Kim was so patient and understanding she was even helping other residents as she was helping me. My apartment was nice nothing to complain about besides the dishwasher leaking and the washer wasn’t working. However, maintenance responded quick within the next hour fixed my dishwasher and they have to order a part for the washer. The office was kind enough to offer me a laundry card during this inconvenience. I can tell they care about their residents.
