MAA Haven at Blanco

Just moved in a few weeks ago and this community is so nice. Everyone is so friendly especially management. They have fun community events and are very active with the residents definitely recommend living here!

Hello, I had a nice engagement with staff is very professional and polite and helpful to any questions that I had and maintenance. They’re on top of things you put in a work order. It gets done couple of maintenance guys. I like to throw a shout out to Daniel that I met and Moses pretty good guys very helpful and polite.

This community placed an eviction on my record, which is completely inaccurate. I was not evicted. I notified management that I was moving because the community failed to uphold basic living standards and did not address serious health and safety concerns. During my tenancy, there was a severe fly infestation, including flies throughout the unit and maggots crawling on the floor. There was also mold present in my son’s bedroom, specifically under his bed, which caused him to develop breathing issues. My son had never experienced breathing problems prior to living in this unit. Due to these conditions, I had to take him to the emergency room, where he was treated and prescribed an inhaler. Additionally, the community failed to properly seal or cover the venting from the laundry area. As a result, debris and lint from the dryers were blown directly into the apartment, contributing further to unsanitary living conditions and the fly infestation. I have photographic evidence documenting these issues. We vacated the unit due to these unresolved conditions—not due to eviction. Placing an eviction on my name is false, damaging, and a disgrace to this community, especially considering that these conditions were present before and during our occupancy and should never have been allowed in a livable unit. Unfortunately I am not able to upload the photos when I hit add photos they have to be google photos. Prayerfully they can work on better Staff for this community. Have a good day not worth it an I have paperwork from the Dr where my son had to be taken to urgent care for breathing conditions due to the mold. Not worth it all was wanted was the matter to be handled and work orders kept being canceled.
