Los Cielos at Brooks Luxury Rentals

I would like to give a heartfelt shout‑out to Martha and Charles for providing exceptional customer service during my move to my second home in the Los Cielos subdivision. My family and I love this community so much that we chose to renew our lease and transition into a larger home within Los Cielos. Martha and Charles made my second moving experience incredibly smooth and far less stressful. With their help and support, we were able to move everything in over the weekend with ease. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care truly stand out. I sincerely commend them for their outstanding service and the thoughtful attention they consistently provide for any needs that arise. Thank you again. I look forward to spending another year—and many more—in this wonderful community, supported by the amazing team at Los Cielos.

Overdue review. We moved in mid-August 2025. Approaching February 2026 now. Property Team: Both Martha and Charles were fantastic to deal with at move-in - Clear and quick communication for questions and paperwork. Amenity center is weeks away from opening and looks fantastic. Bobby and Richard responded to a maintenance request for air filter, those guys are great. On the note of air - we have the two-bedroom option - and the AC and Heat both work fantastically. Energy costs are average. I can’t stand Centric Fiber but they are the only Internet provider - it’s ok. Quiet but friendly community. Many people walk pets or with their kids. I haven’t read other comments but I expect many people commend Bobby. Well deserved. I can also probably guess Centric Fiber doesn’t get enough hate

Love this community! My family and I have been living here for about a year and a half, lots of great progress has been made as the community continues to grow! We love this area on the Southside! Highly accessible to the awesome amenities here at Brooks. Greenline, HEB, Walmart, food and restaurants, etc. Great place for young families too. Karissa and the rest of the leasing team are awesome, very quick and responsive.

Los Cielos at Brooks is truly a gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the office management team (Tommie, Karissa & Charles) who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. The apartment HOMES!!! YES, you will get an actual house operated under the same concept of an apartment. They are beautifully designed with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and thoughtful details that make it feel like home instantly, with private yards and every home comes with a 2 car attached garage and driveway!! The community amenities are going to be top-notch! (Currently under construction)The sparkling pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and serene outdoor spaces create the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a vibrant area with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. What truly sets Los Cielos apart is the community vibe.
