Loma Vista Lofts! My boyfriend and I, both 19, just moved into our first apartment at Loma Vista Lofts, and we couldn’t be happier! We were nervous about applying because it’s our first place, but I have a job and credit, and my boyfriend has a steady income. From the very beginning, the staff made the process easy and stress-free. They were quick to set up an appointment and extremely patient while helping me fill out the online paperwork. I kept messing up a few times, but they guided me every step of the way with no judgment, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. After submitting our paperwork, it took about a week to get approved and receive our keys. We also got a really good deal: one month free with prorated rent, and the monthly rent is $700, which is super convenient for us. The lease didn’t spike much either, which made it easier to plan our budget. We already plan to renew our lease because it feels so comfortable and welcoming. The apartment complex has so many great amenities. There’s a fitness area, a pool, walking paths, a dog area, and a play area for kids. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-maintained and nice everything is. While there was a small break-in once, management acted quickly, and now security patrols every night, which makes me feel very safe. The area does have homeless people, but I’ve never seen any around the apartment itself, so it hasn’t affected our experience. The maintenance staff and office personnel are wonderful. They greet us every morning, are always approachable, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Rent is affordable, and sometimes they even have food donations from Haven for Hope available in the office, like bread, salads, and other items, which is super convenient. Paying rent is easy, and the staff communicate clearly and promptly whenever we have questions.Living here has been more than just finding an apartment—it’s like joining a community. Everyone we’ve met has been kind, respectful, and welcoming, from neighbors to staff. It’s perfect for young people like us starting out on our own. Overall, Loma Vista Lofts made our first apartment experience smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and convenient place to call home. Home super clean Pool always cleaned

This place was nice when they first started building it. Almost a year here and it looks like a slum. Blood stains in hallways, roaches, they are so dirty. The elevators didn’t work until July. The pool still isn’t operational, the playground hasn’t been built, the back is just weeds growing everywhere. Homeless living in hallways. Stray animals being fed, the dumpsters are always full and garbage everywhere’. We’ve gone to the office and they say they’re fixing it but nothings been done. Gum barely just opened. We’ve not gotten to enjoy what we’re paying for. It will be a full slum by December. Apartments flood there’s mold. Disgusting. Walk both buildings before considering moving here. It’s nasty.

i love this complex only issue is that there is no freaking SHADE like nowhere lol and the pool isn't opened yet but they just opened, cant complain although like i feel kinda dumb because each floor has a door that says Laundry, mind you the units have washer and dryer connections *getting mines by the 5th of October* but this whole time since August why i thought that it was a control room for the connections in the unit. My friend was like no it's a laundry room so i opened the door i wanted to cry because here i am hustlin or whatever to get laundry money and go wash at the laundry matt when i coulda just stayed home using the LG commercial ones they provide and cheaper than going to the laundry mat $1washer/$1.75dryer and i could use my card lol only wish i knew that but now i do. Melisa let me view the unit before moving in which was helpful but man them leasing agents *Tiffany and Cierra* were the sweetest , now ima miss seeing Cierra, i would go and just talk to her when i was bored lol Naomi was the one that i signed my lease with and omg she's BLACK!! the new ladies there, Inez she's a talker but she'll give some good advice and Susan got the best candy jar on her desk lol everytime i walk my dog she's a little terrior always yappin' so the maintenance guys nicknamed her killer lol it's funny because she aint even like that she just be actin' stiff for no reason! i love it and it's very quiet and my caseworker is literally next door at the SaHopeCtr

I've been living here for a few months now and I must say this has probably been one of the most nicest apartments I've lived in, from the cleanliness, (even though still under construction), to the ladies in the front office, to maintenance. They always greet you with a smile and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Even the neighbors i have met so far. Unfortunately, a couple of months after moving in i transitoned into another job which threw me off financially, but they were so understanding and helped me through getting back on track, so that was very much appreciated. This is a wonderful community to live in.

i just ran into my first maintence issue and George tended to the it very quickly! i was genuinely amazed. he was super sweet & effective with everything he did!! overall living here has been a 10/10 i love my apartment, and to now know that the maintenance team is very responsive makes me love these apartments even more! thank you George!!🎉
