Worst apartment to live in!! My rent was 1299 plus light which was probably no more then 100 and yeah, each month my bill was around 1500 which was ridiculous. My entire apartment was infested with roaches complained several times didn’t do anything about it. My faucet was broken. Took him a long time to fix it still came out broken. My dishwasher was leaking underneath which ruined my floor. Got charged for that. Broke my lease a month before it ended because they were charging me too much and wasn’t working with me Now they expect me to owe them 7000 and for what? Not Recommending the staff is rude. They don’t care about you. Please don’t waste your money on these apartments. They are not luxury at all. They’re so rundown and it’s disgusting. The gym doesn’t really work as much a lot of broken machines. Their pool was beautiful only beautiful thing there.

The front desk representative can sometimes come across as a bit abrupt and not very sincere, and the recent events haven’t really helped bring back the friendly community feeling we used to have. Ms. Maria, even with her other responsibilities, has been wonderful to talk to and is always willing to help — many of us really appreciate her genuine attitude. A number of residents have shared similar concerns and hope to see things improve soon. Could you please provide a phone number or email for the right person in corporate to discuss with further.

No reliable Internet for units It doesn't matter how nice and convenient the apartment is. And it really is nice. The buildings don't have reliable Internet since they updated it. Not just for me but for the my neighbors I have talked to. I am talking less than 1mbs. They say they are giving you a gig speed when you sign but I promise you that has not been true. The internet MAYBE works one afternoon every few weeks. No matter how much I like living here,it is not possible to work or use Internet here. I had to take a photo of a typical speed test from my computer because it's too slow to run on my phone and send this at the same time so I'm reviewing via mobile data. The apt complex will tell you to call spectrum or it's nothing to do with them. We call multiple times a week and they are out constantly and there has never been improvement. The office will not get involved. I do not know how to better explain how frustrating it has been living without Internet for the last few months.

I applied for the second time to the lofts and was willing to take another chance on living here due to being previously disappointed from the experience I had with staff no longer employed here. Maria C. The assistant property manager helped make my decision to come back and give them another try worth my while! She made the decision for me to give them another try and it being worth it! She has been a joy to work with and I would tell anyone go see her and she will be a tremendous help! She has been great with communication and has answered all of my questions in regards to the community and fees associated with move in. I’m excited to be apart of the community and its beautiful amenities and close proximity to the many locally owned businesses.

At the beginning we were very skeptical about moving in. Going based on the reviews it seem as it was the worst place you can rent. People forcing you into giving good reviews. I understand that they change management several times. I want to say that I been living here almost two months and the new management has been fantastic. At first we thought “ oh no, what did we get into as they were taking a little on our orders. TRUST them when they say they will get to it. They keep saying that they were busy and we were getting overwhelmed as aging were going base on the reviews. I’m glad we did waited. Management has made Lofts on Main a great place to be in. I feel they are really trying to revive this place. Starting with the gym they have nice cooling towels and water. All the equipment work great. The grills are amazing my family and I were able to enjoy them. Every morning that I go to business center I see Mat doing a run through making sure everything is nice and ready for the day. Trisha Mat and maintenance all the team has been very calm I’m assuming from all the things they been fixing. Thank you for all your hard work. If your still wondering… NO ONE FORCED ME INTO GIVING A REVIEW.
