Lived in the apartments a full year and here are a few things that happened: Management change- they recently switched to Mox, which is fine, but change in management is not great. Marina was the one who helped us at the beginning and was so responsive/helpful to any concerns we had. She left eventually and it all went downhill from there. Living- the apartments themselves are not horrible, but mold infested for sure. I reported it to management as we had mold on our wall next to the washer/dryer. Typically any wet place will have mold, but they did not seem to take it as an immediate problem and we waited for days for them to fix it. I’ve been sick more times here than anywhere else, so maybe do a mold test before moving here. General area- a lot going on in this area, which we knew about when we signed this place. The windows are very thin, we can hear people walking by on the street especially late on weekends when everyone is out. Again, we knew it would be loud, so I don’t really have an issue there but if you’re looking for a quiet place, this isn’t it!

***Update as of 03/15/2026*** New Property manager, AJ, has done a lot to correct the issues that began with the Mox take over. All my mantience issues resolved. His assistant lead to me resigning my lease. Hopefully the progress continues. Updating from 1 star to 3. Will apply another update after April. ***Update as of 01/27/2026*** Maintenance was supposed to come fix my toilet as I had put a request in through the new portal that Mox created. I was told that the repair had been completed while I was away, however I had been home the entire time, come to find out the repair had not been completed and I had to go to the office to get somebody to come to my apartment to get my toilet fixed. Shortly after, my washer has now went out and it has been almost 2 weeks without any service to get it fixed. At this point I am hesitant to even go to the office and ask because they are always so rude when you question them about what's going on with maintenance or any other issues. Will update after a completion of work. ****Update as of 01/15/2026**** Mox takes over as property management. Office staff is the absolute worst, things have only gone down hill. Thankfully my lease is almost up, for the rest of you, good luck. Will provide further updates after 02/2026. ******************************** Marina, Trisha, and Jeremee have been so great at helping me get settled in at Lofts on Main. I feel super safe and secure in this downtown space. The pool and gym are well maintained and the staff does a great job of bringing the community together. Marina especially just brightens my day every time I see her and appreciate Trisha for always keeping me in the loop when changes are coming. Jeremee has helped me out multiple times when I wasn't able to be home and just made my life easier. This is my first apartment in San Antonio and I feel so welcomed.

If you like horrible maintenance, terribly office staff, roach infested, noisy, and a poorly maintained complex… this is the place for you. The staff never helps, they argue with you, they can never give you and answer, they have to “call back”, never answer the phone, close repair request as completed yet never done… you pay for monthly pest control but yet you have to call to request it, and you also get to take the day off to wait around for them, the gates never work, parking garage is always open, people party right out side my door, I’ve had to walk around blood, vomit, trash, broken bottles, underwear… the list goes one… this place is HORRIBLE! And let me repeat, RPM living used to run they sucked, now this Moxi company runs it and they suck just as bad… STAY AWAY… and they will nickel and dime you for everything!!!!!!!!

Worst apartment to live in!! My rent was 1299 plus light which was probably no more then 100 and yeah, each month my bill was around 1500 which was ridiculous. My entire apartment was infested with roaches complained several times didn’t do anything about it. My faucet was broken. Took him a long time to fix it still came out broken. My dishwasher was leaking underneath which ruined my floor. Got charged for that. Broke my lease a month before it ended because they were charging me too much and wasn’t working with me Now they expect me to owe them 7000 and for what? Not Recommending the staff is rude. They don’t care about you. Please don’t waste your money on these apartments. They are not luxury at all. They’re so rundown and it’s disgusting. The gym doesn’t really work as much a lot of broken machines. Their pool was beautiful only beautiful thing there.
