I lived at Lirio Apartments for 4.8 years, paid rent on time, and took good care of my unit. Unfortunately, my experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing and feels downright shady. After I moved out — and after thoroughly cleaning the apartment — Lirio suddenly sent a charge to a debt collections agency without ever notifying me or providing any explanation. The most frustrating part is that the carpet was already old when I moved in, and the industry-standard lifespan for carpet is about 5 years. Since I lived there nearly that long, the carpet had already reached the end of its useful life. Yet they still tried to charge me for it. What’s worse is that they didn’t communicate anything directly. No breakdown of charges, no move-out inspection notes, nothing — just a surprise collections notice. This kind of behavior feels deceptive and unprofessional. If you’re considering moving here, be extremely cautious. the move-out process and billing practices are not transparent. Make sure you document everything, take photos, and get written confirmation of your move-out condition. Otherwise, you may end up dealing with unexpected charges long after you leave. I hope management improves their communication and stops pushing questionable charges onto long-term residents.

Greg is such an awesome maintenance guy! He helped us countless times with our AC, AC filters, toilet issues, among many other Items as well. He always gets the job done and done correctly. He is my maintenance guy at Lirio Apartments. Thanks, always Greg for all your help!

We did a tour and Joanna was amazing!! She really had a lot of great information and was able to answer all our questions. She made us feel really comfortable and she was very sweet. I would recommend her to anyone needing a tour.

I had a great experience with this apartment community. The staff was welcoming and helpful, communication was excellent, and the property is clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a very well run community, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I’m going to provide an honest review of my girlfriends and I experience at this apartment complex. Please keep in mind that this review is from our own experience. I wanted to start and say that initially this apartment complex was a relatively good living experience, but please keep in mind. The walls are very thin and any noisy neighbors will not be dealt with even if you provide the office with evidence of noise and disruptions the only thing that they will do is give them a call or email them and that is it Before considering moving into this apartment complex, please review in depth the lease agreement. Please pay careful attention on page 33 of the lease agreement or outlines the move out charges and expectations because when you move out this apartment complex will hammer you with crazy fees. Also keep in mind they will overcharge for the simplest of repairs, and once you have been notified of your final move out charges that will automatically be sent to a debt collection agency known as Sentry credit. I would highly recommend when you move out to it possible to pay the move out fees within 72 hours before it goes to debt collection agency. I do want to give credit to Jessica and Joanna at the office as I do listen and try to work with you the best of their ability, but please be noted that once you move out the office does not care about you anymore. When I moved out, I went to the front office and saw the office manager. There was no welcome or hi or What can I do for you? The manager lacks customer service and I was the one that had to provide forwarding Address to new apartment. I even Jessica when I left and. No thank you for leasing with us or general communication skills from them. Overall, the experience was OK. But, considering how much you pay to live here this makes experience pretty bad overall. I honestly would recommend looking for another place to live, giving given how much you pay to live here.
