I’ve lived at Lenox Grandview for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s hands-down one of the nicest apartment communities in San Antonio. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of the apartments, the thoughtful design, and the luxury-style amenities — from the beautiful clubhouse, game room, fitness center and pools with cabanas to the modern co-working spaces, and well-maintained grounds. The management and staff here are amazing — especially Kya and Danielle in property management and Ashley in leasing. They are always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Anytime an issue comes up, it’s addressed quickly and thoroughly. That level of service makes all the difference. I’ve seen some 1-star reviews that honestly have nothing to do with the building or the staff — things like car break-ins are sadly a fact of life anywhere you live. Yes, there was an incident with my car too — and no, property management isn’t the police. That doesn’t mean they aren’t doing their job; it means they can’t control everything outside their property walls. If you want perfection everywhere, good luck — but if you want a beautiful, comfortable, well-run place to call home, Lenox Grandview is it. If you’re looking for a community that cares about its residents, with high-end finishes, modern amenities, and a management team that actually shows up, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about the community and the staff. Mario from the maintenance team fixed my heat in the middle of a winter storm and was so professional, personable, and just an overall great person. He made sure all my needs were met, ensured the issue with my heating was not only working, but was running efficiently and correctly. I haven’t had a significant amount of interaction with the staff, which if you think about it… that’s a really good thing. However the interactions I’ve had with the office staff, and with Mario have been outstanding. You can’t go wrong. Any previous issues I’ve had have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Proud to give them much needed credit.

From the moment I stepped into my new apartment, I was genuinely impressed. The interior design, finishes, and overall quality of the units have exceeded all expectations. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, modern, and high-end, creating a space that truly feels like home. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kya, the Assistant Manager. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire move-in process as she has been professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She made everything seamless and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. This community sets a high standard for both living experience and customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home. (Disclaimer: My review is based solely on my experience since moving to the property.)

I normally don’t write reviews, but our experience living at Lenox at Grand View has gotten so bad that I feel obligated to share what residents are dealing with. The elevator in our building has been broken for about a month, and before it completely failed, it broke five times in seven days. They kept sending someone who clearly didn’t know how to fix it, and eventually it stopped working altogether. With the holidays here, we can’t even have family visit because we live on the 4th floor, my 96-year-old grandma simply cannot climb the stairs. Even simple things, like going to the grocery store, have become stressful because we have to plan around walking up and down four flights of stairs with no working elevator. Friends in other buildings have the same elevator issues, and an office employee even told us that Building 2 has foundation problems, causing cracks inside residents’ apartments. That is incredibly concerning. The property maintenance is terrible. There is dog poop everywhere, no bags provided, and the pet stations stay overflowing for days, sometimes even a full week. People end up leaving dog waste on the floor next to the trash cans because there’s nowhere else to put it. The valet trash service is another problem. They arrive at 3–4 AM, making loud noise, waking up residents, and causing dogs to bark throughout the night. On top of that, there have been nights where they left the entire building’s trash piled underneath the stairs overnight, creating a horrible smell and a safety/fire hazard. This is absolutely unacceptable for any apartment complex, let alone one marketed as “luxury.” Some staff members are kind and genuinely try, but others are extremely disrespectful, especially Britney. When we first moved in, we had a maintenance issue and specifically requested a scheduled appointment. Instead, maintenance entered our apartment without our consent while our pets were loose. My dog and cat were wandering around, and my cat needs heart medication and sometimes tries to run outside. Our Ring camera recorded maintenance saying that my dog was friendly and “wouldn’t bite,” so it didn’t matter that we weren’t home, and they walked in anyway. That is unsafe and completely unacceptable. When we confronted Britney (the assistant manager at the time), she claimed they had the right to enter whenever they wanted which is not legal and absolutely not okay. Many residents share the same concerns about management. One day, when I walked into the office, I overheard Britney saying that “residents feel so entitled.” Yes — we ARE entitled to basic respect, safety, and working amenities when we’re paying high rent. Management even tried to “calm us down” by saying Building 4 was without an elevator for 7 months, as if that should make us feel better. Instead, it made us feel even more disrespected. Why would anyone think that makes our situation acceptable? There was also a pregnant woman living on the 4th floor in building 4 who had no elevator for those 7 months, and in our building, elderly residents have had to call an ambulance because they couldn’t go down the stairs. This goes beyond inconvenience it is unsafe. This property looks “luxury” from the outside, but the poor management, lack of maintenance, safety issues, and overall disrespect toward residents completely take the luxury out of these apartments. The community has so much potential, but management is failing it on every level. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live in this apartment complex.

Toured with Joshua the other day and I have nothing but good things to say. He was really informing, transparent in pricing, and thorough! The leasing office is usually a good indication of how your experience will be when choosing a place to call your home! He is a great representation, MANAGEMENT GET THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
