I strongly do not recommend this internet provider. The service goes down about once a month, often for several days at a time, and the explanation is almost always the same: a fiber line damaged during construction. When the same issue happens repeatedly, it’s no longer bad luck. It’s poor infrastructure management. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this provider is mandatory for the apartment complex. The internet service is bundled into the rent, which means residents cannot switch to another provider without paying additional out-of-pocket costs. In other words, you are forced to pay for a service you did not choose and cannot easily replace. Despite frequent and extended outages, there is no refund, no billing credit, and no long-term solution offered. Customer communication consists of generic apology emails and vague restoration estimates that often change or are not met. In an era where people depend on reliable internet for work, school, and everyday life, this level of service is unacceptable. If you value stable internet and customer choice, I recommend avoiding both this provider and any housing complex that enforces this arrangement.

If you are a student or rely on internet consistently do NOT live here (or hate roaches). They charge you extra for internet and cable, claiming that they want high quality experience. However, the internet goes out ALL the time for over 24 hours with no communication as to when it will be back up. Once you ask the office about this, they tell you to contact the company yourself. They are unhelpful, and instead of addressing the issue and finding a solution so it doesn’t happen again, you simply pay more and have no internet. Honestly became such a deal breaker for me becuase it happens so frequently at this point. Also, they have a bad roach infestation that took months for me to get rid of.

Guys I love it here. Been here about a year stayed at so many places around here and nothing compares to it. The staff here are awesome and make me feel comfortable especially Hana, the maintenance is great too, the pool stays maintained and open year round. The place always gated and they throw little party’s for us residents around the holidays which I love. I don’t know what they could improve on honestly they’re great I don’t see my self going anywhere else.

Home Comfort, Community Spirit! Legacy Heights is a great place to call home, especially for seniors like me. I love my 1B/1B floor plan, which works perfectly for someone with balance issues. Being retired and home most of the time, I feel safe and secure, thanks to the always-closed, fully operational security gates. The in-unit amenities are great, with a full-size washer and dryer and a Technology Package that includes high-speed internet and basic cable for $80 per month. A Fetch package ensures secure and scheduled package deliveries for $22 per month. There’s also a $25 valet trash fee, $4 for pest control, variable water fees, and a small utility service fee (mine runs roughly $2 per month). Property management provides transparency, ensuring prospective renters know all additional fees before signing a lease. However, it's best to know about these costs upfront, before touring the floor plans that interest you the most, especially if budget limitations are a concern. Maintenance is quick and reliable. If requests are submitted in the morning, they are usually completed the same day; otherwise, they are addressed the following day. The leasing agent warmly welcomes all visitors, both current residents and prospective tenants. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. However, having an additional staff member would be beneficial to ensure that residents and visitors are not left waiting during property tours. The apartment has abundant kitchen cabinet space and an outdoor storage closet. However, even with a coat closet, pantry, small linen closet, double upper cabinets above the built-in desk, and a spacious walk-in clothes closet, I still find myself short on storage space. Trash and recycling dumpsters are conveniently located and emptied almost daily, keeping things tidy except on Sundays when there's typically overflow from residents moving in or out. Open parking is abundant and unassigned, while covered spaces are available for a fee. Legacy Heights is also making an effort to foster community. The pool just reopened for the summer, and a catered pool party with margaritas is coming up! The location is unbeatable, with HEB, Target, Walmart, and several restaurants and services just a few blocks away. Overall, Legacy Heights offers great value for the price. If you’re in the market for a convenient, comfortable home in San Antonio, take negative reviews with a grain of salt, tour the property, and talk to the residents (one has been here 15 years!). You might even be my new neighbor -- and everyone in my half of the building gets cookies on the regular, not to mention professional gift-wrapping services. Yes, Legacy Heights is where you can ask your neighbor for a cup of sugar, and they'll give you two! Join us!
