Legacy at Alazan

Enjoyed two years here brand new everything when it was in construction still for other buildings. Staff was always great from maintenance man to Janie & Abby. Never any complaints from them as they had zero tolerance for others disrespecting the premises.

I’ve been living here for a year & a half Abby is great helps out a lot especially the maintenance guy he is awesome. Just a couple of issues here I wish the leasing office would stay open til the times that are announced on the door sometimes I head down and they be close a hour before. Also they need to get way stricter on the ppl who live here, some of the residents don’t respect the complex leaving the apartments filthy knocking down exit signs broke all the gates letting their pets do their business anywhere and not cleaning up after their pet. I have a toddler & a newborn sometimes I don’t even feel safe here anymore with how dirty some of the residents leave it here and homeless coming in after hours to sleep in the hallways. These apartments aren’t even old can’t even have trash rooms anymore because some couldn’t throw the trash down the bin and leave it anywhere. I hope things start changing around here very soon.

We are very happy and satisfied with our new home. Our office management Janie Ruvalcaba and Abby have been so very kind and helpful. As for our maintenance worker Marcus. From what we have seen he’s good with keeping up with work orders. As well as trying he’s best on keeping our property looking clean and beautiful. I’m a happy resident here.

I really appreciate management and staff to Mrs Janie and Mrs. Abby for always staying on top of work orders and always maintaining our property! The maintenance guy as well I don’t know his name but he is awesome! He even taught me how to use my dishwasher, I appreciate his patience and most of his excellent customer service! I management a huge shout to y’all thank you for all your patience with us that moved there we have so many questions and you have been patient kind and most importantly excellent customer service. Thank you for that! I want to thank you for lo always having our property look amazing and always keeping us safe! Thank you legacy at alazan I’m forever grateful!

Such a nice place. Well kept up. Always see maintenance cleaning and moving around, getting things done. Love the security of the building, not just anyone entering. It's very quiet here too. Interior is really nice, I love it. My kids love it here. Abby and Janie are great to me, no matter how many times I called they are always polite and answering all of my questions.
